  I had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had with this Pizza Hut. I placed an order totaling over $70, which included pizza, breadsticks, two orders of wings, and approximately $18 worth of additional dipping sauces. When my order arrived, **none of the sauces were included**—not even the marinara that should have come with the breadsticks. I immediately called the store to have the issue corrected. After waiting on hold for over **30 minutes**, my family's food was getting cold while we waited for someone to answer. When I finally spoke with the store manager, Jose, he was rude, argumentative, and repeatedly insisted that I had never ordered any sauces, even though my receipt clearly showed I had been charged for them. At the same time, my wife was chatting with Pizza Hut's online customer service, and they were also able to confirm that the sauces had been ordered and paid for. When I asked Jose for his last name, he immediately placed me on hold and never returned. I remained on hold for another **27 minutes** before finally hanging up. By that point, our meal was ruined. Our food was cold, and we ultimately had to find something else for our family to eat. The missing sauces were frustrating, but what was even more disappointing was the complete lack of professionalism, empathy, accountability, and basic customer service from the store manager. I have filed a complaint with Pizza Hut Corporate and hope they address how customers are treated at this location. Mistakes happen, but it's how they're handled that matters. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend ordering from this Pizza Hut.

  We had a wonderful experience at Pizza Hut! The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. What really made our visit special was the excellent customer service. All of the ladies were incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming. They made sure we had everything we needed and always served us with a smile. Thank you all for your kindness and outstanding service. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this Pizza Hut!
