  This is the second time I’ve gotten a careless order. I asked for all flats because it was optional and didn’t get that. So I let it slide. The second time I ordered I had to call the store to make sure that all my wings were flat, and I’m happy that they got it corrected. However today I had ordered again this time my fries has NO seasoning. I had to double check my order to make sure I wasn’t tripping, they messed up. I have drums. Here’s my receipt, I will be calling tomorrow . I will be contacting my bank for a refund. I’m not eating this. It’s too cold. And it was made with no care.EXTRA SEASONING WHERE ??????? THEM FRIES ARE PLAIN

  My husband just was over to get a 15 piece combo boneless and 5 piece tender, fries and drinks. Absolutely dissatisfied! Sprite had no syrup. Every bit of chicken was over sauced, salty, inedible. Tried to look up a number so I could give some feedback. Fries and ranch were okay. We threw away all the chicken and sodas. Too bad, we live right around the corner and would have enjoyed a decent spot for takeout. Too bad!

  Need to start being really honest with wait times, or shutting off online ordering. The board says orders are done for an hour before getting food.

  What do I have to do count the wings when I get them. I was shorted wings and no sauce. I know it is a new store but management needs to be there and training

  Anthony at Wingstop was amazing. Even with the store being super busy, he stayed professional, handled orders efficiently, and remained respectful despite some rude customers. His ability to switch between English and Spanish to help everyone was especially impressive. He’s a great asset to the team!
