  No one is ever in the front waiting for orders or pickup orders. Food has been wrong 3 straight orders and now this “order of celery and carrots”. Will not be back to this location

  I placed my order online for pick up. 10 piece lemon pepper All Flats Well Done I picked up my order and shame on me for not checking my bag. I drove home opened my bag and set my items on my dinner table to my surprise I had what looked like boneless chicken strips and a totally different name on the package compared to my name which was on the bag. So I packed everything up drove back to the store waited my turn to be helped and handed them the bag while explaining my order was wrong. The manager took my bag and said she would correct it. Boom 3-5 minutes later my wings appear but This time I check the bag. Wings are not well done. I hand the bag back and say can you make the wings well done please I’ll wait to get the correct order. About 15 minutes later she hands me the bag and walks away seemingly frustrated and at this point if I wasn’t hungry I wanted to just ask for a refund but I didn’t want to cause a scene when the store was busy. I checked my bag when I got back into my car and my fries were ice cold. She gave me the same fries I had originally taken home. I threw the food away when I got home in frustration. Hire better management with customer service experience. The older woman working the register was nice and helpful but the manager made no effort.she told the manger she should refund my order for the inconvenience but the manager declined.

  I would like to start with the fact that the wings actually tasted great. Ordered lemon pepper wings. That is the good part. Ordered all flats online, got legs and flats. The wings were so greasy that the wings went soggy. There was so much grease that the bag was soaked through. Luckily, we put it in a hot/cold bag, but had to throw it out because the inside was covered in grease. The celery sticks were also sitting in a ton of grease. I used my air fryer to kind of dry the wings out and they were "okay". Ordered and paid for extra ranch dressing, received no ranch dressing at all. Wingstop used to be our goto for wings....but, it's becoming increasingly difficult to keep going back when orders can't be filled correctly and the wings float in grease.

  Wings had no flavor here. Tasteless flavor.

  My order will say it's ready for pickup online and then I show up and they say it's not ready and i'm stuck waiting another 10-15 minutes. I don't know if it's just the system that dictates how long it's going to take or if they're putting in that it's ready when it's not so they're times look better in their system but it's pretty annoying.
