  For the first time I did a pickup order. I’d like to add that I’m new to town and this was my first time at this location. I saw the smoothie was there but not the food. I arrived at 12:17 and it said the order would be ready at 12:10 so I asked because I wasn’t sure if I needed to. The woman behind the counter was very rude with telling me that means it wasn’t ready yet. I said well I wasn’t sure that’s why I asked and she said “well if it’s not there that should mean it’s not ready.” I don’t work there I’m not sure if they have a policy that they keep food stictly behind the counter. She was very rude. I didn’t get my side because I just wanted to leave and would like my money refunded for the upgraded side I paid for. I was extremely polite approaching her and she was rude from the start. There is a way to talk to people. There are a lot of people in this world who would value her job… maybe give it to someone who has customer service skills and deserves it. Also: after trying my wrap it was terrible. Going straight in the trash. It tastes old. I was excited to pick this up on my lunch break today. After reviewing the reviews it looks like the problem starts with management and is carried on to the team. Thank goodness this isn’t a small business or else you all would be tanked with the attitude and lack of consistency you have swarming this building. Praying you get a turn around because this location is certainly making a name for itself.

  I went there for the first time 2 weeks ago and keep coming since then I liked the service and I liked the good mood they had specially the black kid I think his name was “NELSON “ he was awesome great energy very smiley him and the curly guy too I didn’t see his name but he was good too both were sooo fast I loved it I will keep coming so see you guys soon

  Stopped in after a hot beach day and got some refreshing smoothies. The orange dream is not on the menu but just ask it’s amazing. Taste like an orange dreamsicle. If you need a boost of protein they have great smoothie protein choices. Everything was good and fresh. The staff were very nice. David, Dale and Milos (?) were very nice and attentive. Dale helped us decide what to order (we had no idea lol). The place was busy but the line moved fast. The restaurant was clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were clean too. A definite place to stop for a quick bit or refreshing drink.

  Great food, great service i got a Bahama momma and it was incredible. Some guy that said he was the Manager , name i believe was , Dale asked me about my experience and i thought that was so cool because i have gone so many places and not been asked if i had a good experience or not so good. I told him how much i appreciated his caring and asking about what i thought. I told him everything was great and he made my experience that much better from excellent to incredible. I will definitely return because of all this and the interaction.

  I usually get the tropiboba bowl and it always tastes amazing. But my experience ordering in store for the first time wasn’t amazing. Jacara was the one taking our order and it was slightly hostile. We ordered at 7:15 and only left at 7:42pm. Everyone that ordered after us was given their food first so we just sat there for over 25 minutes watching the customers enter and leave. Not sure if it was her fault specifically, might’ve been the people in the back but I just thought it looked rly bad when quite literally 10 people were able to order (much larger orders btw) and receive it and leave before I ever got mine. 10/10 tropiboba bowl though ! Just bad service
