  They have a long way to go. Plenty of staff but all were just standing around. 20 minutes to get a drink. US Open event and we had to ask 3 times to actually turn a TV on golf. Venue is tasteful, but it's like eating in a Dennys or operating room as the lights are bright and the entire room is very sterile. One brand of vodka though they did "go get some" Tito's. $12 draft beer in non-frosted 12 oz glass. $2 more than their beach bar. Understand these pop-up openings have limited "curated" menus. Reminded me of Hooters menu but with fewer choices. Looks like a fun putting area outside...no one invited us or explained it.

  Very slow service. Waited 40 minutes for a drink. Food was cold. The training seems to be non existent. Please get better!

  The Wager at the Four Seasons Naples was an outstanding venue for our private event—stylish, energetic, and effortlessly fun. The space strikes a perfect balance between upscale design and relaxed entertainment, with beautifully finished shuffleboard tables, billiards, and lounge areas that encourage guests to mingle and stay engaged all evening. The layout worked exceptionally well for a private gathering, allowing for both lively interaction and comfortable conversation. The lighting and design details gave the room a modern, polished feel without losing the sense of playfulness that makes the space so memorable. Service was attentive and seamless, ensuring everything flowed smoothly while guests enjoyed the experience. What truly made the evening special was how naturally the venue brought people together. The Wager felt exclusive yet inviting—an ideal setting for a memorable private event that was both sophisticated and genuinely fun.
