  The Merchant Room staff are top notch, very kind and thoughtful professionals. The food is excellent and definitely the best in Naples. I cannot recommend enough. Service, food, drinks, atmosphere, everything is out of this world. Can’t wait for the next!

  What a great birthday celebration! Dinner here was outstanding! The bread service was delish….nice crusty bread with delish butter. We started with shrimp lettuce wraps. The shrimp was crispy in a delicious sweet and sour sauce. I had the snapper in a coconut curry sauce with crispy rice that was so satisfying and delicious. Hubby had the Australian wagu flatiron steak, which he says was tender and delish with a very tasty sauce. For my birthday, they brought a lava cake with ice cream that was to die for! And the service was outstanding. Costa was an amazing server, as were all his helpers. We will be back!

  Had a table for four. Restaurant was full and lively. Service was excellent and prompt. I really enjoyed the Chateaubriand. My daughter’s rigatoni was delicious. The bread was delicious. The basque style cheesecake was exceptional. I will return!

  The Merchant Room at the Four Seasons Naples is a bit of a mixed experience for me. The previous Beach Club location had an undeniable sense of glamour. Walking through the hotel to reach the restaurant built anticipation—it felt like you were heading somewhere special. The new layout, however, loses that magic. You walk through the entrance and within a few steps you're in the dining room, making it feel more like you're eating in the hotel lobby than at a destination restaurant. That said, the food absolutely stole the show. The pasta was delicious, the lamb was incredibly tender, and the steak was cooked perfectly. The lemonade was refreshing, and both the wine list and cocktail menu were excellent. We were celebrating my girlfriend's birthday, and the staff surprised us with a complimentary lava cake, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. The only major downside was the pace of service. Our reservation was at 6:30 p.m., and for just one course plus dessert, we didn't finish until 9:45 p.m. Nearly three and a quarter hours for such a simple meal felt excessive and took away from an otherwise wonderful dining experience. Overall, the exceptional food makes The Merchant Room worth visiting, but I hope the service becomes more efficient and that, over time, the space develops more of the elegant atmosphere that made the former Beach Club dining experience feel so memorable.
