  We had an extraordinary dining experience at the merchant room, Characterized by exceptional quality, warm hospitality, and highly professional service. Kubi, in particular exemplified a level of hospitality that went well beyond simply serving a meal. Her warmth, attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine friendliness, created a wonderful atmosphere and a meaningful human connection that greatly enhanced our evening. The experience was a beautiful combination of fresh and thoughtfully, prepared cuisine, a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere, and attentive yet unobtrusive service. We felt genuinely respected, appreciated, and completely at ease, without ever feeling rushed, or overwhelmed by unnecessary formality. Excellent pacing, cleanliness, personal attention, and a genuine sense of authenticity all contributed to a truly memorable dinner. Kubi played an important role in transforming an excellent meal into an exceptional dining experience. Her gracious manner and thoughtful attention to detail, reflected the highest standards of hospitality. We would also like to commend the chef and the entire culinary team for their extraordinary talent and commitment to the culinary arts. We also had the pleasure of meeting John (staff)whose professionalism and integrity further reflected the high standards of your establishment. Overall, the entire dining experience was remarkable, and we sincerely appreciate everyone who contributed to making our evening, so enjoyable and memorable. We will certainly return to your establishment.

  We dined at the Merchant Room on a double date over a week ago. We are all still talking about the food and our server, Dennis, who made our experience over the top! Dennis was personable and so hospitable. We enjoyed steaks, tartare, shrimp cocktail and the best cacio e pepe with truffle.

  Our dinner at The Merchant Room last night exceeded our expectations. Beautiful space, highly professional staff, great cocktails and wine, amazing food. Our Chateaubriand was full of flavors and melted in our mouths. We shared it as it was a 16 oz serving cooked to perfection. Our efficient and welcoming server Arsim was perfect and made great recommendations: thank you again, Arsim! Edona, the administrator, was very helpful, professional and sweet. Nei, the bartender, was attentive and entertaining. Great dining experience overall. Have to mention that all the staff was very welcoming and accommodating: Lefter did a great job helping us with luggage and showing us to our beautiful room, Denis in the Lounge was very attentive. Everybody congratulated us on our anniversary and treated us to Champagne and delicious deserts. Can’t wait to go back! Luckily we live only 22 minutes away!

  Myself, my wife and her family stayed for a few days. We had the pleasure of dining here three times. Two breakfasts and one dinner. All were exceptional. We had Paula for 2 of our 3 experiences. She was personable and amazingly professional. We appreciate the attention to detail, as we understand this restaurant has just opened recently and is still getting its footing. Admittedly the host made an error with our reservation, but the manager promptly and genuinely made up for it. Will be staying on property again, and looking forward to enjoying more meals.

  Excellent experience from start to finish. Arsim provided outstanding service professional, attentive, friendly, and made sure we were taken care of throughout the entire dinner. He truly made the experience special for us. Highly recommend this restaurant, and definitely ask for Arsim!
