I absolutely hate giving bad reviews, but when warranted i have to stay honest. My wife and I went pre sunset to see how it was without a mob scene. 2pm maybe 5 people at the bar. Great view. About 5 bartenders. I didn’t like the cocktail menu options which are all around $16 which we expect in Naples, even more with a good view...but BUT I ordered a dry Hendricks martini which is my go to on a hot sunny day on the beach. It was horrible, I think it had club soda in it which is a sin banishing you to hell for eternity but I digress. My wife got a drink off the cocktail menu, it too was watered down. At that point I was ready to leave and accept the bar tab and parking damage as an experience. We decided to try the chips and salsa. Chips overfried and the only salsa of the 3 that was good was the hot black bean. Very much loke a mole, with good smoky taste. Ok, back to drinks, I wanted to give them another shot, but out of formalities I order it from Steven who did not make my 1st on. I told him the 1st was horrible, he apologized but just made me another. Fine. The drink was far superior. I am making an emphasis on this because the cocktails on the menu are around $16. My martini is a very dry slightly dirty with Hendricks gin. A staple, not over the top. They charged me $36 for the Hendricks and an aditional $5 for a martini. $40??? Wow, I can get a better view and better service at LA Playa. Now, that all said do i see potential here, yes, but, changes need to be made at the top and I unfortunately don't see that happening. It pains me writing a review like this, but I know it will not be back unless there is drastic changes in menu, policy, and culture.

This afternoon, after spending a few hours on the beach, we decided to walk the short distance to the Sunset Bar at the Four Seasons. We have been several times before for late afternoon cocktail, a lite bite, and we’ve been here for lunch as well. The view is outstanding—simply breathtaking. The mix of hotel guests and general public makes for an eclectic, carefree place to be. The carne asada nachos, the shrimp and carne asada tacos, as well as their wings are fabulous. I also can’t say enough about the staff— what a team! We love Eric and Kema, and all the other servers— they treat us like we’re family. Their service is always impeccable and consistent—welcoming, gracious, and accommodating are a few adjectives that describe this team. Their manager, Herman, chatted with us today too— he is consummate professional and speaks very highly of his staff. Go for lunch, a late afternoon cocktail, or for their delicious food, anytime. The sunset experience here is unreal as well. You just can’t beat the view. A great gathering place, a great team, a wonderful experience each and every every time! Have fun!

Our group of 4 went on March 23, 2026. The sunset was fantastic. Almost everything else in our experience was a let-down. It started when we drove up for valet parking and were told none was allowed without a reservation; though no one had advised us of that when we phoned earlier to find out whether we needed reservations at the Sunset Bar (we were told they don't take them). Then they said the nachos were one of their best-sellers. They were terrible. Hard, tasteless nacho chips and instead of the layers of melted cheese that we expected, they had very little real cheese but covered the nachos with some soupy 'queso' liquid. They didn't have ground beef on the nachos, but charged extra for chopped steak to be added. The steak was the only tasty thing on them. A couple of us ordered shrimp tacos, only to be told that they would be made with deep-fried shrimp. When we objected, wanting something healthier, they said they could grill the shrimp, so we agreed, and they were good. Everything was expensive. Not good value for the money. Not good music or ambiance. I won't go back.
