  I always look forward to eating here because the food feels much lighter and more flavorful than your typical fast-food options. The citrus-marinated chicken is the real star—it’s consistently juicy and has a great grilled taste that pairs perfectly with the black beans and rice. I love the self-serve salsa bar because I can load up on the cilantro garlic sauce, which I think makes everything on the menu taste even better. The portions are very generous for the price, and I appreciate that I can get a full, balanced meal with plantains or corn on the side very quickly. Even when the drive-thru line looks long, it usually moves fast, and the staff is always efficient and friendly. It’s a great, reliable spot for a tropical-inspired meal that is both satisfying and affordable.

  Hogfish Harry's specialty is our favorite fish (so considerthat to be my bias). Food and drinks are excellent and abundant selection.. Waitrons also wonderful and willing to take requests for subs or deletions (no cheese for me). Place is as cute as can be with a nice walkway over the water, a pool adjacent for any active (or hyperactive) children, turtles and ducks to watch. Parking can be in short supply, but, not to worry, they have valet parking if you don't see an available space. Handicap parking very close to the bridge/walkway. Reservation strongly recommended. Prices are not cheap, but are typical for a nice restaurant in Naples. Generous salads with which you can add any of their "proteins". Dessert is also worthwhile with the carrot cake able to serve a table of four. Only reason for 4 stars on atmosphere is noise level (which doesn't kick up until after 6 pm).

  I had a very disappointing experience with this Pollo Tropical location—I placed an online order expecting a smooth and reliable process, but there was no delivery available through Uber, and after waiting over an hour with no updates or communication, my order was suddenly canceled because no driver was available; to make matters worse, I then spent approximately 50 minutes speaking with a customer service representative, and when I requested to file a complaint with a supervisor, I was informed that no supervisor was available that day, which is highly unprofessional and unacceptable for a company of this size; this situation was particularly frustrating as my 6-year-old daughter was waiting for her meal during that time; the lack of transparency, poor coordination, and inability to properly escalate a customer concern reflect extremely poor customer service standards, resulting in a complete waste of time and a very negative experience, so I would rate this 0/5 and would not recommend ordering online from this location.

  Un lugar esencial para los amantes de la comida criolla y latina . Muy bien elaborado los platillos y con excelente sabor . Los precios muy accesibles y económicos . La atención es muy servicial y de gran educación , también el lugar dispone de una buena higiene ,limpieza . Un área de parqueo amplia y situado en un área céntrica cerca de mercados y negocios de interés personal . Lo recomiendo al 💯 %
