  I've only been here once so far, but I was very impressed. The place is new, clean, and welcoming. The coffee was excellent, the food was fresh, and the staff was friendly. I've seen some comments about parking, but in my opinion, a short walk is well worth it for a place like this. Looking forward to coming back and trying more of the menu.

  Great place, great gelato, great coffee. Although unfortunate that there is no parking as others have mentioned, it’s due to ongoing construction.

  Absolutely loved this coffee spot! The coffee itself was delicious with a really rich, smooth taste, and the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and the perfect place to relax. But the real standout was the exceptional service. Billy went above and beyond to make the experience memorable — so friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. It’s rare to come across service that good these days. Will definitely be coming back!

  I hate leaving one star, and if things change I will change it then. But this place, you cannot park. It’s not like there is a parking lot that’s filled, there’s zero parking. Nothing. I drove around for 10 minutes thinking I was missing a parking lot, it doesn’t exist. I drove around the neighborhood, and the neighborhood is no parking. I don’t know how this place expects to get business if you have to try and park illegally in somebody’s driveway and then walk a quarter mile to get there.
