  Lady was extremely rude at the drive thru, was on the phone. Told me she can’t do hot caramel on vanilla ice cream, even though she put caramel on my boyfriends frappe, she yelled at my friend when he asked why she couldn’t do caramel. Service sucks! do NOT recommend

  I visit this McDonald’s every 2–3 days, but unfortunately the staff’s attitude is consistently unprofessional. They are often rude, speak in a condescending way, and don’t treat customers with basic respect. This behavior is especially noticeable during the evening shifts. They also seem uninterested, almost as if they are being forced to work, which makes the experience even worse. I hope management takes this seriously and improves customer service.

  Worse McDonald's I've been to in the area. Poor service food was old and employees was to busy playing in the background to make food correctly. Will not be returning to this one. I asked for fresh dropped chicken and they literally threw it in microwave and gave it to me like a piece of soggy rubber. On a bun..🤮🤢
