First of all who orders a boost was just bacon and cheese? Disgusting! I ordered it on accident not realizing that was even an option. Second the woman working there when I went back to ask where the egg was was rude. Not accommodating nor helpful! So disappointing!

Ya'll have to see this message!!!!
If there were a Hall of Fame for McDonald’s employees, Daniel from the Davis Blvd location would be inducted on Day One. ⭐️🍟
Daniel is truly the heart of that McDonald’s. Every time I walk in or go through the drive-thru, he is always cheerful, kind, professional, and genuinely attentive. You can tell he takes pride in his work and truly cares about giving every customer a great experience.
What really stands out is how he helps everyone—elderly customers, children, families, and even people who need help placing their orders on the self-service kiosks. He is always patient and willing to step in and make sure everyone feels comfortable and knows what to do. 👏
I’ve also seen Daniel cleaning both inside and outside the restaurant, making sure the location looks clean and welcoming for customers. He doesn’t just do one job—he goes above and beyond wherever he is needed.
Whether he’s helping at the front counter, bringing food to customers inside, working the drive-thru, helping someone with a kiosk, or keeping the restaurant clean, he does everything with an incredible positive attitude.
Honestly, every employee should be like Daniel. He sets the standard for what excellent customer service should be: kindness, patience, professionalism, positivity, and a genuine willingness to help.
McDonald’s should recognize employees like him because people like Daniel are the reason customers want to come back. I’ve visited many McDonald’s, and Daniel is without a doubt one of the best employees I’ve ever encountered.
Five stars are not enough. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
They should make sure more people know about him—including his manager, supervisors, and everyone in the company—because employees like Daniel deserve to be recognized and appreciated for the impact they have on customers every day.
McDonald’s should give him official recognition and reward him for his excellent work. 🏆
Every employee should follow Daniel’s example. He represents the very best of McDonald’s, and I’m genuinely grateful to have an employee like him at this location! 🌟🙌🍔🍟
In all countries we are replaced by people but the person will never be the same, we never find a person like that!!😁
You have to meet him.

Everyone needs to see this message. As a manager at a McDonald's in another state, I tell everyone to be kind to people. Today I decided to investigate this McDonald's and saw many reviews of a guy named Daniel. I thought, "I'll see if it's true and if I can find him." So I came with my kids and went inside. I saw him cleaning the floor and the tables. I wondered, "Is that him?" And yes, it was. He said, "Welcome, how can I help you?" I said, "Sure, thank you." He took my order very kindly, with a beautiful smile and, most importantly, with enthusiasm. Before bringing the food to the table, he asked me, "Would you like me to clean the table?" I said, "Thank you very much." I asked him, "Why are you being so kind?" He replied, "Because God made me this way. I'm always like this with everyone because we are all equal, regardless of the color of our skin or where we come from." In the end, we are all human and should be treated with respect. I thought, "That boy is very intelligent." He told me, "I put all the food on fresh so you can enjoy it." I love this boy; you have to meet him.
honestly, I discovered him by reading the comments, but I never see the owners of that McDonald's liking or commenting when people talk about this adorable boy!
Owners of this McDonald's, please take good care of him and give this boy a promotion!.
If you want to know what he looks like, he's a boy with glasses and a smile. Daniel, thank you so much for your time with me! This McDonald's is beating many of Naples
I say it with professionalism, this child is the best, It exceeded expectations , only him. Because the other workers look at you ugly as if you did something to them!…

I am writing to express how deeply disappointed I am with the treatment my family and I received today at your restaurant.
I frequently place online orders through the McDonald’s app, and this is the first time part of my order was missing. While mistakes can happen, what truly upset me was the way I was treated when I returned to the restaurant.
After we had already driven away, we realized that our order was missing two Coca-Colas and one hamburger. Since we had only been gone for about five minutes, we drove back. I politely explained to the employee that perhaps my order was still there or that the missing items may have accidentally been given to another customer.
Instead of trying to help, she responded very rudely, insisting that she had given me everything. I calmly explained that mistakes happen and that perhaps the items had been handed to someone else by accident. However, she continued insisting in a disrespectful manner that she had given me the complete order, making me feel as though she believed I was lying just to get free food.
At that point, the manager came over. I explained that I was more upset about the employee’s attitude than about the missing food because I had never been angry about the mistake itself. To my surprise, the manager was even ruder than the employee. She immediately said, “If she told you she gave it to you, then she did.”
I honestly could not believe what I was hearing.
After so many years of being a loyal McDonald’s customer, I have never been treated with such disrespect. They made me feel as though I was trying to steal two soft drinks and one hamburger. It was humiliating to be treated like a liar in front of other customers when there was absolutely no reason for me to drive back just to ask for a small portion of an order that I had already paid for.
I was there with my children and my nephews, and it was incredibly upsetting to experience something like this in front of them. No customer deserves to be treated this way, especially when approaching the situation politely and respectfully.
Unfortunately, this was the worst experience I have ever had at any McDonald’s restaurant. The manager’s name is Kelly, and I have attached a photo of her as well as the employee who initially treated me so disrespectfully.
I hope this complaint is taken seriously. While I understand that order mistakes happen, there is no excuse for treating loyal customers as if they are dishonest. I would appreciate knowing what actions will be taken regarding this incident to ensure that no other customer has to experience such humiliating treatment.
Thank you for your time, and I look forward to your response.
