  Fatal la atención. Nos hicieron esperar más de 20min a pesar de que no había nadie en la línea y la muchacha que nos atendió muy maleducada, un poco de educación por dios! 0 estrellas les dejaría si se pudiese, fataaal la atención, necesitan nuevo personal en las noches a mi parecer o unas clases de atención al cliente.

  I pulled up to the first window as directed by the person that took my order at the speaker, when I arrive at the window the worker asked what order I had and when I let her know she waved me forward with her hands and told me to just go and to never stop at that first window and seemed almost frustrated with me that she had to do her job. In the 16 years I have been going to McDonald’s I have never been treated like this. Please find out who was operating that first window at 2:46 PM on 4-27-26 and have her reassess her attitude. As someone who works in customer service I was extremely shocked by that interaction.

  Not much to to say about this visit. I just remember my grandparents taking me to McDonald's as a youngster, and paying about $1.50 for what I just paid $11.
