  This is the ONLY McDonald’s that I will go to, although it’s a bit of a drive it’s worth it. The staff is great especially the drive thru order taker, she is ALWAYS so sweet, polite and friendly.

  Ordered a quarter pounder w/ cheese meal. Waited a bit for my order but it came to my table. Fries were warm not hot. The burger was blood red on the inside. Went back to the counter, waited, told the lady the problem. She said they would remake and deliver back to me. I sat and sat. I started eating the fries and drinking the drink. Waited more. Finally I went back up and told her I was not interested in waiting any longer and to refund my money. At that point a heavy set curley headed person took over. He was like a bull in a china shop. No matter what I said to him , he started refilling my order. I told him I was no longer interested but he just kept going. He then presented a bag to me and I again said "no" I want my money back. He was rude, refused to tell me who was the manager, refused to give me his first name. One of the other folks told me he was mgr on duty. He kept saying he did not do anything wrong. I told him he was a terrible representative of his company. If this guy were working for me I would assign him to the garbage run because he sure doesn't know how to deal with people. He wanted to know if I ate the fries. Gave me $6.00 back. I know it is hard to find good help, but come on?
