It’s unclear if it was the sandwich maker or the delivery driver who smashed all the sandwiches into one small paper bag but they were all completely flattened. We have placed large orders before and the sandwiches were placed in a box to avoid deflating the bread.

We order at least once a week, and have never had problems since they opened and for the last few months, nothing but problems. Something needs to change there.
