As someone who appreciates a simple pancake and doesn't drink, the $110 price tag was a little off putting. By the time we left, I was sold on a return visit. HB's presents brunch more as an experience. Our table enjoyed the crudo, and the different samplings brought around every 10-15 minutes was a delightful surprise. We each ordered a different entree, all receiving high praise. I can't speak for traditional service, but I can see myself coming back for another brunch visit.
