I was told no, unless I want to pay for one. I asked why if I had already purchased an ice cream and she said it didn’t matter. I walked next door to Starbucks and was handed a large cup, no questions asked. Reply to manager: I was handed a small water cup for a large 3 scoop ice cream cone because she wanted to charge me for a large ice cream cup. The cone didn’t fit in it so I had to walk to Starbucks for a cup to put her dripping ice cream cone in.
