So then she even says it to me again without me even upset ECT. I then order a couple minutes later ( no big deal not in a hurry) I order the lox bagel and then the lady immediately says your going to have to wait a min again!!!! Proceeds to tell me it's not prepped yet she is the only one there ECT.. I just walk out after that. I usually go once a week and notice that one person is working. In this woman's defense I'm not here to complain about her I'm here to complain about a bagel place only having one person working!!!!!!!! I won't be back again I'll go across the street and have a bagel at the Cafe. I completely understand this workers frustration I would of probably been the same way if I worked for a bagel company that should be fully staffed early in the morning. We all have bad days and we all need help sometimes. This is not the first time I've seen this at this location.
