- VSValentina SuarezSep 23, 20261.0As a barista, I can understand how frustrating the job can be and the trials and tribulations that are customer service, however, this place is genuinely terrible. Every time I come here they either mess up my order or are extremely rude. The last time me and my friend came here we attempted to be friendly and say hello to the workers, instead they just looked at us as if we had been putting a curse on their bloodline. After facing us with a disgusted look and not responding the two girls at the window give us our online order and quickly say bye as if to get us out of their window as soon as possible. (I understand drive times are a thing but customer service shouldn’t be thrown out the window to make up for faulty times.) My friend goes “Excuse me but I think I ordered hash-browns.” For context, my friend did not order them as she had misclicked while placing the order. However, after they looked at her, again, with a face of disgust she quickly checked the receipt and said “oh no I didn’t... sorry” and drove away. I personally do not order from here often as I’m not a big fan of Dunkin, but the times I have, they will either burn my food to a crisp or just flat out give me the wrong thing. Although this situation was not mine, the fact that I witnessed them acting so nasty towards my friend was enough for me to want to leave a review, above that, this is not the first time that this Dunkin has been a great disappointment in regards to customer service. Do better

I ordered a dozen donuts and simply asked if they could put them into two half dozen boxes. Instead of just splitting the dozen between two boxes, they insisted they had to charge me for two separate half dozen, which is considerably more expensive. That makes absolutely no sense. I wasn’t ordering more donuts. I was asking for the same dozen donuts to be put into two smaller boxes. On top of that, the hash browns I ordered were completely burnt and should never have been handed to a customer. Then, after overcharging me, giving me burnt food, and providing the same lousy service I’ve come to expect from this location, the checkout screen had the nerve to ask for a tip. I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect basic competence. This Dunkin’ repeatedly fails at even that.

This morning however I go in and the manager is standing there having a full blown conversation on her personal phone ON SPEAKER there is a line and people waiting and she is not helping. After about 10 mins of me standing there she finally got off the phone to help her employees. I was standing there waiting for an online order for just two drinks for over 10 mins This is your management? I think the management needs rethought in this Dunkin.
