  this person taking orders is so rude every time. they desperately need to hire someone who knows how to 1 take orders properly and 2 take them without an attitude

  I love coming to Dunkin but sometimes at this location unfortunately it seems that that everyone here is unhappy. I’m not one to complain about smiles or cheerfulness, but whenever I come here in the morning it’s always as if the manager or the person in charge is miserable. There’s just always an attitude when you order in the morning there’s no friendliness. as someone who works food service and has for many years It’s honestly a little daunting and a little disappointing to deal with in the morning when you’re already gonna have a rough day or a long day and overall, it’s the little things but anyways, other than that, I will still keep coming to Dunkin and I love the food:)

  We never used to have a problem here until about 2 months ago. Now when I ask for oat milk in the coffee, they will sneakily use regular milk. We won't find out until it's too late. This causes a really bad digestive reaction for my wife and I.
