  I was at this location today around 4pm at the drive thru, I ordered two medium ICED matcha lattes with oatmilk and vanilla cold foam. Right away the girl that was taking my order said she couldn’t put cold foam on a hot drink, to which I then responded that it was ICED. She immediately started having an attitude, saying lattes were hot. Again, I repeated my order which I’ve never had an issue ordering at other dunkin locations. Apparently to her knowledge she had never heard of this matcha order which was not complicated whatsoever. Eventually, the order on the screen was correct. When I pull up to the window she takes my payment and hands me two medium brown drinks which were coffees. I asked what these were and she says “lattes” I then said sorry I ordered matchas!! She rolls her eyes sighs and turns around and mumbles under her breath “I ASKED 3 TIMES” I then replied, “and I told you each time.” She proceeds to walk across the store and left the window open which I heard her scream “THATS NOT A MATCHA!!” She continued to scream across the store again, after leaving the window. I was confused at this behavior from the beginning since I was not giving her a hard time, just repeating the SAME questions she had asked me. Again, I’ve never had an issue ordering these drinks ever. Matcha aside, she was rude and I believe it was extremely inappropriate and unprofessional for her to throw a fit over this and even then, in front of customers. She was clearly confused and crashing out over her own misunderstanding. (Not sure who this young lady was but her actions should be reprimanded and hope she is having a better day now.)

  Half filled cup of coffee because I ordered with no ice. No other Dunkin anywhere does this. Petty and cheap. Service was no help. She said, that’s just how we do it here.” Ok. Then we won’t be back. Two cars in front and it took forever too. Server was chatting up the car ahead of me.

  This is the most unprofessional Dunkin I have ever been to. Customer service is extremely poor. The owner does not seem to care

  My family and I went through the drive thru around 5:30. We order drinks, donuts, sandwiches & hash browns. I tried to add something at the speaker before pulling up but she didn’t respond back to me, so I pulled up and added the 2 items I forgot( no one was behind us in the drive thru). The lady at the window was very rude from the moment I pulled up and her coworker that was sweeping wasn’t any more respectful . The lady at the window who took my payment method (she had black hair) had an air pod in one ear with the head set on the other ear. So I kept having to repeat myself to her. Not a very good customer service at all!
