- LLLexii LoveeSep 29, 20261.0I really hate this place.... There's a designated area for mobile orders, they never use it. Instead they leave your order at the edge of the counter on their side, meaning you have to fully reach over the counter to get your items. Because God forbid when you walk in, someone says "hi how can I help you?". And they never put the label with your name facing out and the receipt is always hidden underneath, again name pointing towards them. I've waited multiple times to see if I stand there long enough, will they ask me what I'm doing or what I need. Nothing, ever. Only they exist to each other, no customers go there. And what drives me truly insane is that if you go in the morning, there is never a parking spot because all 5 employees park in the parking lot that holds 7 cars plus one handicap. Then you go inside and there's no customers inside. I only come here for convenience, but it's extremely inconvenient to grab a drink and be so irritate because of the level of incompetence behind the counter. It's so easy to say "hi welcome to Dunkin, let us know if you need any help!", get my order and leave....

They offer a $6 combo with an ice coffee or hot coffee but then they charge you additionally for the coffee, and then tell you it’s only hot coffee or tea.. long story short I paid extra for my ice coffee, and spent $18 dollars and they give 6 tiny hashbrowns in the order. This meal wouldn’t fill up a 3 year old and it tasted like it was made three days ago. They have 7 Cuban ladies in there laughing because they know it’s a rip off and they are just there to get a check and hang out like It’s a Sunday gathering. After having breakfast there i decided I better just go make myself lunch. Horrible service horrible value horrible food. I have a feeling this location will go out of business fast.
