  Check your receipts. Ordered 1 coffee and 1 donut and was charged $15.85 plus tip. I asked for receipt bcs i know its off. I got charged for 6 donuts. Not single sorry from girl or other guy. Check your receipts

  so I go there alot and recently they have this new girl at the window who doesnt understand anything I swear I tell her something she answered with "im sorry what was that" everytime I say something and ive had her like 3 other times and she messes up my order each time because she couldnt understand what i said due to her impatience as well I was about to speak and she goes "ok your toal is" like excuse me??? I didnt finish my order and same thing today (5/08/26 at 4:00pm) I literally had to leave because I cant deal with it anymore im done having to repeat myself over and over again...take her off the window she clearly doesn't know what she is doing

  The only way I can describe the tall lady working in the afternoon is rude, unprofessional behavior, and bad behaved, how dare she yell at the other staff members like if she was their mother,I have never seen such display of arrogance in a restaurant , im new to the area and yesterday was the second day in a row that I had the opportunity to come to this place and for a second time see the same person yelling at the others, refusing help and saying crap to their faces even though you can clearly tell that the other two girls don’t dominate the language yet. I used to love dunkin back home, but if this is what I have to see now whenever I want a cup of coffee, i think it’s better if I just start making it home, I’m really sad and disappointed 😢

  I'm not sure what changed but something changed. I'm a patient person and It was backed up in all directions, mobile orders, Drive thru and inside kiosk orders, it took 25 minutes for my one coffee drink and there is no one helping customers who cannot order through the Kiosk ( Cash payments) I'm hoping things get better and I'll continue and try again. There was one lady who seemed to see the over all picture and over all chaos and she seems very nice. I do not catch her name.

  This place used to be my favorite store, but now is decreasing the service. The manager and team before used to be great, spectacular service. Now the new management is terrible. This is the only store that gives cookies for the dog and we get used to it to get it free cause that’s not Dunkin Donuts product but now they are charging us $1 for those. The employees look at us embarrassed when the manager didn’t let her give us the cookie without pay. Also you can see a lot of people waiting and complaining because nobody help them. To many time I went inside and I waited 20 minutes for someone who can take my order and more time to get the items.
