I guess they decided not to try hard because high school students from the school nearby don’t care about the quality of their food. Every time I stop here which is a few times a year, I remind myself that it’s mediocre in all the aspects, and not worth it. By the way, since when fast food asks for a tip every time you get a cup of coffee?
- KKKristinaAug 31, 20261.0Employee "improvised" my drink and yelled at me saying I was annoying when I asked for a refund!! I go to this dunkin all the time and they have always been able to make what ive ordered perfectly and quickly, but today when I went there was an employee ive never seen before, Ace. He was the one who took my order. It took at least 5 minutes of me waiting until he took my order. When I pulled up to the windows to pay he took another 5 minutes to come to the window and hand me a bright red/ purple drink, not at all what I ordered (a daydream refresher). I told him it looked wrong and he said he "improvised" because he didnt have the right syrup or something? I told him thats not what I ordered and asked for a refund and he shouted at me "why are you being so annoying". I said he should've told me when I was ordering you couldn't make it and I asked to see a manager and his name so I could make this review. He closed the windows and when he opened it his manager was standing next to him and Ace yelled at me to drive off because he had other customers. I parked and went inside (it was empty so there was no reason it shouldve taken that long) and he still refused to give me a refund so I asked for the manager again, he was standing off to the side, and he ignored me. This whole interaction the manager said nothing and just told Ace to calm down a couple times. Ace remade the drink (without me asking because I just wanted to get my refund and leave) and it looked normal so I have no idea why he wasn't able to make it the first time. I left after that. I was a regular customer, I will be going to Starbucks from now on they have way more control over their employees, I recommend you do to or go to another location.
- KWKyle WattsAug 31, 20261.0Manager at this location is down right rude to customers. She will give customers the wrong order, or be incorrect on the order and blame the customer every-single-time. She will give you attitude and thinks she can justify it by calling you "sweetheart" or "my love". The customer is never right here, and she acts as if she and the establishment here is entitled to your business. Customer service just simply does not exist at this location. Love Dunkin and would highly recommend going to another location and not this one, unless you want the Dick's Last Resort type of treatment.

Very rude especially the lady who ends each sentence with “my love” like she trying to be nice. Almost always mess up the simplest orders and then blame and argue with the customer.
