  Rude staff, stopped to make coffee for a person that came in after me in the middle of making my coffee( I was the only one in there before he came in) took forever to get help in the first place.

  EVERY time we go to this location, they mess up our order, absolutely every time. We brushed it off for years but today was the last time we will be there. They argued with me after entering the order wrong. It’s one thing if you make mistakes and own them, but don’t blame the customers. Tables inside are never wiped off or cleaned, hash browns are cold and soggy EVERY time we go. My kids like the donuts, we will go to other locations for them in the future, never going back to this one.

  The manager i don't even know her name i came in thru drive thru and i asked for a modification on my bacon egg and cheese sandwich but during drive the thru the manger talked to me with ALOT of attitude telling me "okay okay" in a passive aggressive tone and also making me wait 7 minutes in drive thru with no response i said hello and she raised her voice at me yelling thru the speaker saying "i told you just one moment" now when i pull up to drive thru i check my sandwich and there is no sausage (which was my modification) and tell the worker like hey you forgot to add sausage i don't think she understood me because the worker only spoke Spanish and the manager came towards the window with a defensive tone and said " what do you need" and i explained to her she goes back and remakes it and comes it with my sandwich i drive off because i know people have hard days and i open my sandwich as soon as i park the cheese is literally FROZEN and the sandwich is half hot and cold i dont recommend that place is a mess each time i walk in the tables are never wiped down definitely need to do better because this whole experience was not ok.

  ok i was there ordering at drive thru and like i asked for donut that is choclate frosted with sprinkle and they tell that they didn't understand so then i just asked for choclate frosted so that they can understand me and like once i drove up to the window they were like not making eye contact with me and none of them wanted to come to window to make me pay, and like they look like they were talking bad about me in spanish cause they would look at me then look at each other. but atleast the donut was good.
