  They need to let go of the Caucasian older woman who works in this establishment. She’s extremely rude, disgusting, and shows no professionalism. I believe she’s the assistant manager here which personally I think is a disgrace to all customers. We as customers depend on excellent service so that we can continue to return and support this DD location but by having someone with poor morals and work ethics all it’s doing is bringing in more negative and bad reviews. See for yourself, this location has more 1 star reviews than 2&3 star reviews; that right there says volume. Her appearance is disgusting, she looks like she just woke up and rolled out of bed straight to work. I always see her smoking a cigarette outside, how do I know she’s washing her hands after her cigarette break?!. Her energy leads me to believe she’s lazy and has no patience. Terrible that Marco island is 5 min down the road and this is the representation that they have working. I was ordering something in the drive thru and somewhere in the middle I’m guessing she didn’t understand me or maybe I repeated myself twice, she decides to answer with sarcasm. I don’t appreciate that sort of behavior. She needs to learn to be more patient and talk to people with respect, not challenge me and try to go toe to toe with me with words. That alone doesn’t make me comfortable and feel safe that whatever she’s packing for me has not been tampered with. I order my food for my children and the last thing I need in the back of my mind is that I’m possibly/potentially feeding my children food that came from a person that was sarcastic with me over the intercom. This place needs to hire better workers with good work ethic. My mother in law told me her last experience she dumped her coffee outside the window bc apparently she wanted more cream in her coffee lol. What a joke. Let’s get it together! Either let her go and train the employees better or see this location continue to tank & leave bad reviews. After today I will no longer continue to support this location. My money may not make or break you but maybe my review will and others can get some insight of how this business is being ran.

  I just got two ultimate bacon jam breakfast sandwiches from this location and they were still ice cold. On my way to work with no place to heat these up so now they will go to the trash. Wasted my money here.

  The best iced tea I have had, since we arrived in Florida. The staff in the drive through were friendly. The everything bagels bites were very good.
