Dunkin is Dunkin, but it is the staff who can make or break a location. This would be 5 stars for the one employee who makes that difference.
I am the caretaker to a senior who frequents this location and enjoys going into the store to order directly at the counter, not thru the touchscreen. For a senior, interacting with people, especially someone who is patient, friendly, and welcoming can make a world of difference. At this location, I wish to give a shout out to LESLIE, because it is she and she alone who brightens the weekly visits to this location. Leslie, makes efforts to make sure the order perfect, never gives the attitude that she would rather be somewhere else especially when taking an order, has a pleasant attitude toward her job and customers, and always takes the time for a quick hello, even when attending to the needs of other patrons.
Sadly, I cannot say this of the other staff who work there. Their customer service skills are greatly lacking.
