- MMMakaylah McDonaldAug 5, 20261.0I placed an order in the app for pickup, no problem, when I got into my mom’s car to make sure I had everything-problem. I had ordered an apple fritter and I realized it wasn’t in the bag. I went back inside, explained that my apple fritter wasn’t in the bag, the woman behind the counter looked at me cross eyed and bluntly told me they didn’t have any, AFTER they charged me for it, and tried to replace it with something else. After I declined, she finally offered to give me my money back, which I accepted. It would have been nice to know ahead of time that they didn’t have any apple fritters and not find out after I picked up my order and looked in the bag, very unprofessional. We will not be returning to this Dunkin ever again.

I broke it apart to try a different piece and it was inedible. I tried calling the store but they couldn't even be bothered to answer the phone. It tasted rotten and stale.
- KKKimJun 21, 20261.0I had came here a few months ago to get a dozen of donuts… i had let them decide which ones but end up giving me the basic nothing on them. i kindly asked them to change it and they did… Only to find out i come back with my friends a few weeks after to get food and drinks for an exam we had on that day. My friend kept explaining her order and the girl working there was very disrespectful kept telling my friend to repeat it than we hear her say “oh my god” eventually we get to the window the lady looked hispanic. I myself am hispanic too but she was simply rude and disrespectful she gives my friends their order and drinks im waiting and she slammed the window on me than tells me why im waiting i tell her im waiting for my order so eventually she takes it out and gives it to me rudely. I also heard her murmuring quietly about me and my friends very rude stuff. I simply think that you guys should start talking to this employee and train her more on customer service. If she’s the manager at the place than Dunkin needs to find a better one who isn’t rude and disrespectful.

I don't know if that why she doesn't understand how to treat us but it's not nice it's horrible and this is coming from a tax paying Mexican American. I'm so disappointed in my people
