  ordered a bowl for pickup with honey chicken - this was the portion they gave me. Absolutely ridiculous!!

  Visited at 12:20 today The first staff member seemed to be on mute , not one word spoken just hand gestures , very odd Staff member 2 for the 2nd stage of my chicken burrito suffered from the same issue and attitude Really bad won’t be visiting again

  New honey chicken at Chipotle is amazing. Sweet with a bit of kick can't ask for anything better than that

  According to Chipotles company policy apprentices key responsibilities and duties are Operational Leadership: Acting as the manager on duty, *overseeing restaurant cleanliness*, and *maintaining high food quality standards*. People Development: Selecting, training, and developing crew members and managers to build a strong team. Customer Service: ****Ensuring a "guest-obsessed" experience and handling customer needs****. Hands-On Work: Participating in food preparation and covering roles as needed. Their Core Values and Principles include Food with Integrity: Using only responsibly raised meat, serving local and organic produce, and avoiding artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives. The apprentice BRENDA URIBES of this location does not uphold the company’s policy & principles. Woman to woman, if you aren’t happy with your job PLEASE FIND ANOTHER. While making an order yesterday, when my burrito was being rolled, the sour cream was completely out of the burrito. Meaning the rice & beans were dry, because the sour cream was outside of the burrito..the point of a burrito is for the food contents to be inside. As a patron, buying food I wanted to enjoy - I asked the young man making my burrito to please either double wrap the burrito with another tortilla or flip the insides into a new tortilla. The curly haired guy, then walked away from my order. No response, no nothing. He walked to the next customer & just left me & my food. & then a woman with red hair & him mumbled words to each other. She heated up a burrito, no greeting, came over slammed my food multiple times & gave me pushback & a nasty attitude about my order request. It was so bad, I said listen if you have an attitude just leave my food & alone & let someone else make it. I mean I spent nearly $50. I wanted to enjoy my food. Not deal with the off gas of a miserable employees emotions. I was then ignored & made to wait until the red hair woman felt like she made her point (by taking her time). Once, I grabbed the company card at the register, her tone changed ever so slightly. Brenda Uribes, you are a terrible representation of the company. The reviews for the store are a sole representation of you. Your smirk & smile would fade if you didn’t have your If you look at the reviews they speak for themselves. I’m not from Naples - but you are the most miserable group of people who choose to show up to work. YOU applied to Chipotle, YOU got up & went to work. No one HAS to deal with you attitude. Even if you are an apprentice. Lose the attitude. Make the food. SMILE. My food was made so sloppily & thrown in the bag without regard that the bag ripped while I was walking to my car from the liquid leaking.
