  Absolutely ridiculous service. I waited 15 minutes for chicken that was already cooked and sitting in a bucket—they simply needed to cut it. Staff ignored it, did everything else, and acted like my order didn’t matter. No urgency, no apology, and incredibly rude service. Unacceptable.

  Came in around 3 o’clock today got the chipotle bowl. I get everywhere else at this location brought it home. The rice was Undercooked and got sick from it. The manager on duty still gave me a refund But was almost trying to argue with me. Almost like she thinks I’m the person in the wrong for wanting a refund because I got sick from eating this location’s food. On top of that, I drove 7 miles to come back . Some lady with brunette hair, who is a manager on duty. Will not be returning to this location

  We went into this Chipotle with an idea of a family meal and getting three bowls of chicken, rice, and beans. The worker, initially Brenda, did not fully understand what we meant and seemed very confused by the concept. We decided to just get normal bowls and not complicate our lives. When we got to the checkout, we tried using the Double protein code that was going viral everywhere and was on the app. Upon showing the code, the same worker said that they can't take that here. We were confused and tried to read the small print and figure it out but the worker next to her decided to jump in and insulted my mothers reading in a rude matter saying she did not read properly. Utterly shocked we just wanted to get out of there at this point with our food. The store manager was right next to Brenda, and she commented that she couldn't read the small print or the code. My mother then confronted the manager, "Do you not care about how you treat your customers and customer service?" The manager replied, "We don't care," turned away, and started laughing among the coworkers. I truly was shocked at this display of customer service and management. Glad to say we will not be going to that chiptole anymore.

  Extremely disappointing experience. I stopped in on a Sunday afternoon, and based on what I saw, I can only assume a large portion of this location’s business comes from delivery orders. Anyone walking inside and seeing the condition of the restaurant and food would probably think twice about ordering. The restaurant food line was filthy and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time. I stood there for nearly seven minutes without a single employee acknowledging or speaking to me. The food didn’t look any better. Much of it appeared dry and unappealing, the guacamole container was turning brown, and the steak, proteins looked like they had been sitting out far too long. Give it a stir once in a while maybe! Overall, the food station looked poorly maintained and anything but appetizing. After waiting without being acknowledged, I finally walked out and went next door to Texas Roadhouse, where I was immediately greeted cheerfully and enjoyed a delicious meal. I’m genuinely surprised this Chipotle location is being allowed to operate in this condition. It makes me wonder whether a manager is regularly walking the restaurant, checking cleanliness, food quality, and customer service. Based on what I saw during my visit, some serious attention from ownership/management is needed and staff should be held accountable.

  Im really disappointed with the service here. The employees that was serving me had no sense of urgency waiting for the refill of rice to come, did not prepare the bowl as I requested and started helping the whole family that was behind me on the line and passed them in front of me. That was really uncalled for and rude. The manager did the right thing and tried to remedy the situation, which was nice of her, but at this point I was already upset and I left. I might be overreacting but I’ll go spend my money somewhere else where I don’t feel disrespected.
