  Extremely disappointing experience. I stopped in on a Sunday afternoon, and based on what I saw, I can only assume a large portion of this location’s business comes from delivery orders. Anyone walking inside and seeing the condition of the restaurant and food would probably think twice about ordering. The restaurant food line was filthy and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time. I stood there for nearly seven minutes without a single employee acknowledging or speaking to me. The food didn’t look any better. Much of it appeared dry and unappealing, the guacamole container was turning brown, and the steak, proteins looked like they had been sitting out far too long. Give it a stir once in a while maybe! Overall, the food station looked poorly maintained and anything but appetizing. After waiting without being acknowledged, I finally walked out and went next door to Texas Roadhouse, where I was immediately greeted cheerfully and enjoyed a delicious meal. I’m genuinely surprised this Chipotle location is being allowed to operate in this condition. It makes me wonder whether a manager is regularly walking the restaurant, checking cleanliness, food quality, and customer service. Based on what I saw during my visit, some serious attention from ownership/management is needed and staff should be held accountable.

  Im really disappointed with the service here. The employees that was serving me had no sense of urgency waiting for the refill of rice to come, did not prepare the bowl as I requested and started helping the whole family that was behind me on the line and passed them in front of me. That was really uncalled for and rude. The manager did the right thing and tried to remedy the situation, which was nice of her, but at this point I was already upset and I left. I might be overreacting but I’ll go spend my money somewhere else where I don’t feel disrespected.

  DO NOT COME HERE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The manager on duty was unbelievably rude and charged us incorrectly. When we questioned why our order was so expensive, she told us that they charge extra for chicken if you don’t specifically put it in the quesadilla. I have been to Chipotle locations all over Florida, and I have NEVER experienced this before. When I questioned the charge, instead of actually explaining the situation or trying to help, she basically challenged me by telling me to bring the food back if I didn’t like the price. So I did. I brought back all $60 worth of food. As I was leaving, all of the employees started whispering to each other, which made the entire situation even more uncomfortable and unprofessional. I absolutely hate wasting food, but I was not going to spend $60 after being treated like that. What makes this even more frustrating is that there are multiple other reviews mentioning the same manager and similar experiences. I genuinely don’t understand how this kind of behavior is still being allowed. The customer service was absolutely unacceptable, and I will never come back to this location again.

  Visiting from England, you got to try Chipotle say oh! The best burritos they say. Oh oh you all love him oh I ended up getting explosive diarrhea for 3 days.

  I am currently eight months pregnant. It’s raining really hard and I can’t drive. I placed an order not only did I have the wrong order. My chips and cheese were missing too. My hormones are going crazy right now. I can’t stop crying. I used my reward points on this order so that’s gone to waste
