My mom ordered a salad bowl and it was basically all lettuce. I haven’t had food this bad in a very, very long time.

Worker says theyre still working on it. 20 minutes later I'm still waiting on it. My guess is they just tap the button so Chipotle HQ thinks its ready on time, but then they deliver it 20 mins later. They served 5 new customers who walked in after me before I got my food that I ordered 15 mins ahead of showing up. Do not order online to this Chipotle. Just show up in person--way faster.

The guy wrapping burritos needs to go back to burrito school because I have my burrito fell apart mid- meal!!The girl with the hat starting burritos needs to lift it up when she’s talking to me or else I will start going to Tijuana Flats. Say goodbye to your number one customer!!!

I’m trying to talk to her and she doesn’t listen and the person doing the wrapping the burrito job doesn’t know how to wrap a burrito. Worst experience yet!! even my friend that’s 400 pounds didn’t like it. That’s how you know it was disgusting.
