- YCyovanni cordovaSep 9, 20262.0I give them 2 stars for the food, which as always at Chipotle is good (except for the black beans, which were a bit salty), but the place was an absolute dump. I'm new to Bonita Springs and last night was my first time at this location. Upon arrival, the first red flag was that every single table was completely dirty and one was tilted to the side because it was broken. Only 2 people were eating and the place was a total disaster. Only one table was clean, and when I looked at the floor, it was because there was a huge puddle of water that no one bothered to clean up—they just put out a wet floor sign. I said, "Okay, I'll order to-go." When I walked up to the counter, a Black guy appeared. I greeted him twice and he didn't even respond out of politeness. He asked what we wanted to eat with the face of someone who hates his job and with a pretty bad attitude, and he just served the food looking thoroughly unhappy. The guy at the register was quite nice, as Chipotle staff usually are. I can only say avoid that location at all costs if you can. The service was the worst and the place itself, even though it's located in such a nice spot like Mercato, is a total disaster.

I saw the employee in the back and I said “hey”, no response. I just left the food sitting on the counter and walked out. Terrible service. Management not taking care of business.

I love paying $15 for food, then i need to cook after i eat. I will be calling the manager tomorrow as this isn't the first, second, or even third time this happened at this location.
