Portions are extremely small, breakfast sandwiches are messy, every time I come to get breakfast and say good morning to the employees they don't say it back and just want you to pay , I said good morning to an employee twice and still no good morning. If you can't handle customer service and fast food. Don't work here. Not even a my pleasure anymore. Had an employee go to the back to get another empmin. And tell them there's a customer up front to take my order when he saw me standing there for 5 mins and it wasn't even busy.

Well it was our 2nd visit in a year and it wasn't much better than the first We ate inside and ordered 1 grilled chicken basket with cheddar cheese 1 grilled chicken club basket with cheese W mustard mayo and pickle 1 additional sandwich as above. Food came fast unfortunately nothing was prepared correctly The first sandwich came without cheese and as per the receipt we paid for it The second sandwich the Club had no bacon and no cheese The third sandwich the cub was the same as the second missing cheese and bacon. Reminiscent of our prev visit. The place had three people cleaning tables and trash area much better than the first time. No grownup to be found. The cashier couldn't speak English who and the he'll was that stupid to put him there? Yuck $33. For whatever they want to feed you because the receipt was correct but the order we received was not. The mgr should loose his job -nothing changed.

I arrive and there's one lane blocked off for the drive-thru with a line backed up three cars and only one associate taking orders, all of a sudden they decide to open a second lane and bring another associate out. Instead of the associate who opened the second lane prioritizing the people already there waiting for 5+ minutes in the first, or gesturing for them to come to the second lane he instead prioritizes other people who just pulled into the building. This leaves a disgusting taste for the guests who are coming, why am I feeling disregarded and stuck to wait while others get expedited because of luck? I watched the second lane get another 3 cars through before my order was taken and I was already sitting for 5+ minutes, please get yourself organized.

The absolute worst customer service with managers that take no accountability. I placed a mobile order, went through the drive thru, then was told my payment didn’t go through. After showing proof of payment in the app and from my bank account, I was told that I still needed to pay again to receive my order. I left the drive thru, went inside, and again showed proof of everything that went through, only to then be told that my order was mistakenly cancelled on their end and I would receive my refund in 2-3 business days. No remorse, no accommodation for the inconvenience, only that I can pay again and my refund would eventually come. I was in this same Chick-Fil-A last week and witnessed a manager offer a concession to another customer simply because the food came out late. But, in my case they wanted me to pay twice with no proof of a refund to come. The difference in how issues are handled depending on how someone looks is very telling. To be made out as if my payment was declined was very embarrassing and uncalled for when it was in fact their error. This was the worse experience ever. I would definitely stay clear of this place smh

Undercooked chicken served here at Addison place, Naples FL. High risk of salmonella and food poisoning. Got their chicken sandwich and chicken completely undercooked. Not soft inside more like a raw pink rubbery consistency inside. Been a while since I’ve seen this at a chick fil A but they must be doing something wrong. Chicken definitely raw . It’s a food safety failure and the manager is very reluctant when you complain to him. He personally attacks you instead of acknowledging what is wrong. Chicken should be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) to be safe. Undercooked chicken can contain bacteria such as Salmonella or Campylobacter, which can cause food poisoning. If you were served chicken that was pink, rubbery, or clearly raw: 1. Stop eating it immediately. 2. Save the receipt if you have it. 3. Contact the restaurant and report the issue. 4. Monitor yourself for symptoms like diarrhea, vomiting, fever, stomach cramps, or nausea over the next few days. 5. Seek medical care if symptoms are severe, you’re unable to keep fluids down, you have bloody diarrhea, or you develop a high fever I have reported this restaurant to the Florida department of professional regulation where I have filed a complaint online since the manager of the restaurant did not care about the undercooked meat and treated me with disrespect and anger.
