I only wanted two pumps of the PDF in my lemonade and didn't see anywhere in the app to indicate this. A VERY NICE young man answered the phone and assured me he would take care of it. He brought the beverage to my car. I wish I knew his name. Dark hair and I think he had a dark mustache? Excellent customer service and, honestly, what I expect from Chick-fil-A. Keep up the great work! (This occurred on Thursday, 07.02 @ around 5:30 pm.) Thank you!
- NDNatalie DespardJun 26, 20261.0I’d like to give them the benefit of the doubt because they’re a new business but I’ve been there several times now and each time the drive thru has been extremely slow (half hour plus wait times), they’ve gotten my order wrong three times, fries are always stale, employees not thoroughly trained. Why is there only one drive thru lane? This location is more convenient for me but I can drive to the airport pulling location and back and still be sitting in the drive thru at city gate. Chick fil a can do better!
- BBBrianJun 24, 20264.0This is the new location. The food is exactly what you'd expect, which is generally excellent in terms of quality. However, there seems to be some difficulty adjusting to the new paradigm of "call-in" ordering, which they insist you use the app so you can simply pick up your food rather than waiting on the very long drive thru line. The employees seem to be confused about how the system is supposed to work, because it seemed to take longer to collect the order than it would have taken by just ordering at the drive thru.
- JRJenbel RomeroJun 24, 20261.01-Star Review I wanted to give this new Chick-fil-A a chance, but my experience was disappointing from start to finish. It took 24 minutes from the time I entered the drive-thru line until I received my food, which is far below the standard I’ve come to expect from Chick-fil-A. Unfortunately, the long wait wasn’t the only issue. My spicy chicken sandwich came with pickles even though I specifically requested no pickles, my girlfriend didn’t receive the extra pickles she asked for, and we didn’t receive any sauces at all. To make matters worse, the drive-thru payment process was confusing. The first team member told me I needed to hand over my card even though I was paying cash and said the next order taker would collect my cash payment. When I got to the next person, I was told that my order had already been “pushed through” and my card had been charged. This location has a lot of work to do from top to bottom in terms of speed, accuracy, and communication. In contrast, the team at Chick-fil-A Addie’s Corner consistently delivers excellent service and accurate orders. I’ll continue driving a little farther up Collier Boulevard to visit the location that has earned my business.

The inside pickup area was filled with about 12 people waiting for mobile pickup orders and no employees attending them. Inside were spills on the floor. Last time I did drive through mobile order which didn’t work either. They have a drive through row for mobile pick up only and then they cross the regular line back over and merge it into mobile orders so you end up getting your food and waiting for the regular order people to get their food which doesn’t make sense. They are pushing the mobile ordering at this location but clearly don’t have their ops figured out yet. They are a new store but I’d wait for them to get it ironed out. I just left and didn’t even try to get my food because it was such a mess.
