  The employee who served my food named Grace, created the best bowl I’ve ever had and made me a repeat customer. I come now 3 times a week and she is such a lovely person who always has a smile and created a connection with the community.

  From start to finish everything was outstanding. Travis welcomed me and helped me with going 50/50 on the protein (it’s my second time here) I was very impressed how much I liked the lamb meatballs. Grace finished off the order and was great as well. Definitely will be coming back.

  My family and I were poised to go to Chipotle one day several months ago and my wife saw Cava and asked, “what’s that?” We’d never been. So we gave it a try and we LOVE Cava. This specific location is ALWAYS clean, the employees are super attentive and helpful, and the food is always great. There’s an employee named AJ there that always goes above and beyond and is crazy nice to everyone. We love it there and HIGHLY recommend it!

  Ordered a salad bowl through Uber Eats today for my dinner. Never had any food from there and wanted to give it a try. Big mistake I should have read the reviews before ordering. My salmon was so burnt and overcooked that I could not bite into it to eat it. And the romaine salad was brown and not fresh. SMH damn shame I wasted so much money on this! And no I don’t need a response from a manager telling me about your concern and to call to discuss it, I have nothing to discuss only to tell you that the food was disgusting and thanks for ruining dinner.

  First impressions mean a lot, and unfortunately, my first experience at this location was very mixed. The ingredients were fresh, but the overall quality of the food was noticeably below what I’ve experienced at other locations. Several items in my bowl were undercooked, which was disappointing, especially considering what a bowl costs nowadays. I do appreciate that management reached out and worked with me on a resolution. That definitely helped, but based on the food quality from this visit, I would still have to think twice before ordering from this location again. Sad because I normally pick up CAVA once a week, one more reason to make my own bowls at home.
