Huge attitude and strange vibes....
Decided to grab some ice cream as we were passing through and wanted to catch a sunset. From the moment we walked in, the vibe felt strange and unwelcoming. Both the guy and the girl behind the counter looked like they really, REALLY don't want to be there. The guy was able to squeeze out a smile and even exchange a few words, but the girl had a persistent look of gloom and annoyance, like she wanted to reach across the counter and slap you.. She also seemed to treat male customers a little more warmly than female, at whom she shot death rays of despise with her eyes. You almost have to applaud such consistent and dedicated RBF. We've been to plenty of ice cream shops across the country, but this is the first time we encountered such weird, cold-shoulder, bitchy vibes. The ice cream was good, since it's Ben and Jerry's and the taste is uniform throughout shops.

Arrived at 8:57 this evening. There were 2 girls inside working and locked the door as we walked up. The location displays closing time of 9:30p.
Several people gathered outside upset with the same understanding as us.
Easily lost out on $200-300 dollars between everyone gathered outside.
Not a good luck, and happy to take my money elsewhere. Totally disrespectful by the two employees that wouldn't even make eye contact with anyone standing outside obviously displeased.
I have been here one time previously and was not impressed by the customer service either. Won't be coming back.
4/19/26 (9:12pm)- website clearly states the store closes at 9:30 pm. Two young workers shut the door on multiple customers’ face and didn’t even have the decency to apologize that they were closing early. Clearly, they didn’t want to complete their shift and wanted to go home early. Customers shouldn’t be made to feel belittled for asking why they were closing early. Please make sure you interview people that have empathy for customers
We waited 20 minutes in line only to be met with one of the most uncomfortable retail experiences I’ve had. The cashier was visibly miserable, slouching on the counter, scrolling through social media while her coworkers did the heavy lifting. Throughout the wait, she was huffing and puffing audibly at customers and acting like every basic task was a massive burden.
The most concerning part was the hygiene; she was biting her nails while handling cash and never washed her hands before serving. To cap it off, she was openly hostile to her coworkers, snapping 'I haven't gone in four hours!' when one mentioned needing a bathroom break. The 'dead silence' that followed said it all. We got our order and left immediately.
Facility was dirty!!! Milk splattered over the back counters and where the ice cream was stored, blenders full of milk / a dairy mixture that hadn’t been rinsed or put away — in plain sight. Made my partner and I wonder how long the dirty blenders and gallons of milk had been left out. 😬😬
