  Ordered steak bites, they were blackened , cooked too much. Also ordered 2 orders of curly fries , they looked like they had been made along time ago not fresh. This was a friday night around 9p.

  This location needs a lot of work. The whole place is filthy. The booth seats are falling apart. All of the tables were dirty. The bathrooms were disgusting. Both toilets in the women's bathroom did not flush properly. The men's bathroom had no soap. My order is always wrong. Won't be going here again.

  Our fries were over cooked burnt hard very first time eating at this location we love Arby's this was most definitely not expected our sandwiches were good step up Arby's lunch crew manger was very welcoming at the time of ordering also very helpful while trying to order needs to keep eye on crew cooking and serve ring to customers while on front counter with paying customers this mistake should of been caught and handled before reaching your already paid customers hopefully if we get a chance to come back through Naples we can try again

  Not bad, but the curly fries seemed to have been sitting under a heat lamp too long. Leak in the roof with a wet floor and somewhat less than enthusiastic employees. The cheesesteak sandwich was OK but I recommend letting it cool a bit so the cheese can coagulation some.
