There was a problem ordering through the app and we were given the wrong pizza not a mistake made by the people working there, but through the app it glitched or something and we called and the lady said that she could fix her order and she even brought it out to the car for us. Will definitely be coming back because of this experience 10 out of 10 customer service.
- AVAram VelazquezMay 4, 20261.0I placed an order at this location at 1:56 PM and the driver didn’t arrive until 4:10 PM. That’s over two hours with no real update. I called the store multiple times. The first call was answered and I was told to wait five minutes. After that, every call went unanswered. I eventually drove to the store myself. At that point, they said they would make the pizza again, but after that kind of delay, poor communication, and lack of care, I no longer trusted the food or how it would be handled. I left and went back home. The manager showed no urgency, did not offer to comp the food, and did not seem to care about fixing the situation. The manager also hung up on me, and my wife was given misleading information about who was actually the manager. When the driver finally arrived at 4:10 PM, I refused the order and the pizza was taken back. This is not the first issue I’ve had with this location. The lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service is unacceptable. I’m still waiting on my refund. Case ID 8547716.

Called to report it to the store and was on hold for over 5 minutes. For it to be a corporate location the service sucks , I’ve been to the location a few times and noticed it was under staff but again for it to be a corporate location it sucks . I just want my money back.
