The app showed the order as “delivered,” so I called the store and was told the driver was only 5 minutes away. After that, every call I made went unanswered. I eventually stayed on hold while driving to the store myself, and when I arrived, I had still been on hold for 25 minutes. At that point, the female employee stated the delay was because the driver was busy. There was no apology, no offer to remake the food, and no attempt to resolve the issue. Instead, I was simply asked if I wanted the order canceled. The entire interaction lacked professionalism and customer care. I was treated as though I was inconveniencing the staff for asking about an order I had already waited extensively for. In the end, I left the store and went home without food or any resolution.

Those things were TINY!!! I ordered from my past orders expecting to receive the usual, but did not. There was also no one there to bring out my order. They only had 1 employee doing EVERYTHING!! Anyway, When I asked that it be fixed, they said they couldn’t without a manager and guess what?! No manager to fix the issue, she wasn’t coming in for hours. . Called corporate, no help there. Never received a refund or the correct pizza. Never doing dominos ever again. They just lost a loyal customer

There was a problem ordering through the app and we were given the wrong pizza not a mistake made by the people working there, but through the app it glitched or something and we called and the lady said that she could fix her order and she even brought it out to the car for us. Will definitely be coming back because of this experience 10 out of 10 customer service.
