  One of the worst locations in Polk County. I placed a curbside order at 8:10. It is 8:47pm and I still have not received my order. I was ignored while our frozen drinks melted on the counter. They were not even busy! I don't expect a lot out of McDonalds, but this is lousy even for them. Get it together! When the manager finally bothered to talk to me she was giving me dirty looks and sighing like I inconvenienced HER. Girl, do your job and make my order. No one is forcing you or your employees to work there. Give me what I paid for or give me my money back!

  Doesn’t matter how clear you make your order they still screw it up I asked for light sauce and got extra the sandwich was uneatable like always this wasn’t the first or second time

  Great experience with staff, Taylor helped me checkout and she was very pleasant, food came out hot and ready, and felt very welcomed. Definitely a good location, manager Julie is doing great.

  Fish sandwich, roll is stale. Made the wrong ice coffee. Tried to call manager no answer absolutely horrible

  My husband and I stopped to eat on 04/14/26 at 12:48. We tried to use the kiosk but you could not see it very well it had lines going through the screen. We asked for help at the kiosk and nobody would help us. I walked to the counter and they pointed out another kiosk I do not know how to use one but they made me use it. I wanted the freeze dried onions and not the slivers. But because I don't know how to use the machine they did it with slivers. I looked at the Burger and it had no onions at all. I took it to the counter they handed me back the same burger and said that's what I ordered. I gave it back to them and said I want dehydrated onions on it. Second time the have me dehydrated onions and said that they were there the whole time. And when I asked for a refill on my drink they told me that I would have to buy another one.. I was called a liar. They were very rude. I've never seen such lazy people in my life. I'm sick of incompetent rude and lazy people. If looks could kill is be dead! And I paid to be treated like that. I know this means nothing to you
