They need a better system for online orders and people ordering . You have cars going around cutting other cars off ; its honestly dangerous and the coffee isn't great. For a new location i expected better .

Raul took my problem, and made in nonexistent. Had some complications with the app. He knew exactly what to do to. He was quick with a solution and my food. 10/10 Thank you Raul!

I would like to give applause to the management lady with the slight blue part of her hair currently. I didn't get to get her name as she is always so focused at getting the job and coffee done and ensuring everyone is served. She is really great. As this coffee shop is always so busy, everyone either is busy getting their coffee before work. She pays attention to mobile order and she knows me by name which my name is difficult to pronounce and she did. Every time she will be like "Wai Ching is here, get her order ready" and it's quick. Comparing to some other times, when it's different management lady who is there, I was totally ignored. And I put in the order 15 minutes before arrival and waited 15 minutes prior getting my coffee, as the staff there were just focusing on drive thru and walk in. So I really appreciate the lady with the slight blue color in part her hair. Thank you. You are amazing.
