  Went through the drive yesterday afternoon. Middle car in a 3 car line and they were confused about whose order belonged to who. Seriously? Not a whole lot to keep up with. Also, ordered a couple coffee drinks. They tasted watered down and not like what the drink was supposed to taste like.

  Great people the hours to me for a Duncan are short I think being open until at least 10 pm is reasonable.

  The friendliness and atmosphere is phenomenal! My favorite donut has become the Chocolate Butternut. Yuuum! You're welcomed like friends from your first visit.

  Went thru the drive thru the girl was sweet super nice. But we asked if the watermelon lime drink was made with artificial sugar since the wording called it ZERO she said no it has no sugar. Well it had artificial sweetener I tasted that immediately because I do not care for that taste..but ok I'm not going to waste a 5 dollar drink the watermelon was so good I was able to get passed it. So I ordered one donut she got the one I wanted right but it tasted like day old. It was not fresh. My sister in the car ordered a coffee latte it had no sweet to it artificial or real sugar, her donut was wrong and also tasted day old. The 3rd order of my neice was correct so she was happy. For a brand new place I thought it would be extra good
