They made me wait 10 min and then they gave me my Oreo latte with no Oreo in it at all then took it back put some on top and gave me it back they completely messed up my friends snack wrap it’s hard and looks un appetizing and when gave it to us it fell apart don’t worry the cheese was so hard it stuck
Terrible customer service. Waited 10 minutes just for them to give us the wrong coffe and then tried to get us to leave without giving us the food we ordered. When we were the only people in line

Want to like the location, the food and coffee is Dunkin so no complaints about that but they have attempted to incorporate a mobile order line like chick fil a, which would be fantastic, but the organization is nowhere near as good. Mobil order cars cut through regular line right after the order box. This makes people waiting in the regular drive through line end up waiting longer just to place their order. If you want to come here, just get the app or go inside. The drive through is not convenient or worth it.

Went in, not knowing what to get. And the servers were so polite and professional and they gave me a buy 6 get 6 deal. I am 13 and they treated me with respect I greatly appreciated. 10/10 would recommend to everyone
