  Just a really cute place centered in the downtown area in Mount Dora, Florida. Excellent representation of Cuba, and Cubans. The music was great and at a good volume. There were many customers there, the food was fantastic and didn't take more time than expected, and at good portions. We were definitely impressed, we finished our food (and took the rest for leftovers. Looking around the restaurant, I noticed that everyone either finished their food or took it with them. No leaving that behind here! Thank you guys for an excellent treat!!

  My wife and I stopped by for a quick dinner this past weekend. We were seated outside without a wait. Really enjoyed the bread they served. We ordered the shrimp tostones, which were delicious. For our main meal we shared the ropa vieja with sweet plantains (maduros). Everything tasted fresh and the service was great. Look forward to returning again.

  I had their fish sandwich. The fish was overcooked, dry, and reminded me of an old sandal. Served on a bun, a slice of tomato and a leaf of lettuce. No sauce, very little flavor and a check for $17.00. Can’t justify a return.

  Very nice lunch outside for our party of 7 this past Tuesday. They were out of Dos Equis Amber beer and one of the ingredients for Mojitos. I had the Cuban Sandwich and it was excellent as were the fries. I'd go back. Good service from Blanca.

  Ordered the Cuban sandwich. Hardly any meat on it. The bartender was talking it up as authentic Cuban. Went away completely hungry after showing him how pathetic the portions and quality were. We had chatted about making some food that will make me want to return over and over again. I WOULD NOT SUGGEST THIS PLACE TO EVERYONE . THEY FAILED MISERABLY. This review should not surprise them as I chatted with the bartender prior to ordering explaining exactly what I was looking for. I walked away hungry and disappointed.
