    Noticeably higher prices for a fast food restaurant, especially for a an ice tea! Come on, over $3.00 for unsweet ice tea? I remember in the summers they had .99 cent ice teas.

    I just left this McDonald’s after I sat in the drive-through for probably a good 15 minutes at the mic trying to order and I don’t know what the people in the inside were doing. Had to say what I wanted multiple times. They didn’t even have my order listed on the screen for me to look at. Felt rushed. And I ordered four 6 piece chicken nugget happy meals, every single meal only had four nuggets. So I was overcharged. The fries were cold, old and DRY. Nuggets DRY AND OLD. I also ordered two McDouble MEALS. Of course they got that wrong as well. They literally only gave me McDoubles. Thankfully I was only charged for that. The large fry was also OLD. We also got a couple regular cokes and a couple DIET cokes for our diabetic family. They had all the drinks unmarked so my husband had to go back in a remake all of our drinks. This fast joint is a MESS. Will not be back at this location I will drive to Donnelly. Hire some new staff.

    Heather and Taliyah were amazing this evening we’re beyond kind (which you don’t see everyday anymore customer service has gone out the windows these days but these two women have really brought the standards back and went above and beyond to provide just that (customer service) tonight i wish this was closer to home because we would be a frequent here as our mcdonald’s standard in a one star. thanks Ladies your amazing

    On Thursday, May 21st around 8 PM, I had one of the worst experiences with a McDonald’s female employee. She was rude, belligerent, aggressive, and every other negative trait you could think of during my extended wait in the curbside parking area. All of this occurred due to her trying to give me the wrong order after I waited around 10-15 minutes in curbside for my food (which I never received my correct order or a refund). The male manager was no help with the situation after the female continued verbally harassing me while going in and out of the restaurant. Thankfully an eyewitness stopped and stayed on the scene the entire time since various McDonald’s employees’ police statement were not matching up. Plus, the store got rather “busy” and they were no longer able to speak to the police. Very convenient after making inconsistent statements. I will never, ever visit this location again due to extremely poor customer service and false allegations. Luckily the store manager contacted me for my refund quickly after I contacted corporate. Please beware of the slow service, poor customer service, and unprofessional employees at this location. I hope those negative employees leave this location so other customers never have to experience what I experienced.

    I witnessed an employee verbally assaulting a customer, who was waiting in her car with her two young children in the parking lot drive-thru. The employee used A LOT "F" Bomb language, as the store manager allowed her to come back out to the parking lot (in front of other customers), multiple times. Visibly upset, yet composed, the customer demanded to speak to a manager. The worst I heard her say back to the employee was that she was being extremely rude and didn't want to deal with her. But the employee continued to shout at her, as other customers, including myself, watched-on in disbelief. The customer's two children (one of them autistic) were visibly upset and scared, especially the younger boy. There is more to this story, that involved the manager calling Orange County Sheriff, and I witnessed much of what happened around that unnecessary moment, that the store manager could've easily prevented, had he dealt with his employee and the customer, appropriately. The manager showed no empathy towards the customer (who not once cursed or spoke in a threatening manner). Worse, the manager was seen laughing with the employee (and one other employee), as everyone waited for the officers to arrive. There was one employee (Tania) who also witnessed the incident, and also felt that the other employee acted aggressively. Tania even told the manager how she felt about the way he was mishandling the situation. Instead of trying to deescalate the situation, the manager allowed the belligerent employee to engage with anyone, who found her behavior appalling. I've been coming to this location for 2-1/2 years, and know the majority of employees and management here to have been nice. But NOT last night. That employee deserves to be fired, and that manager should be re-trained. He seemed out-of-touch with understanding how to competently deal with such an escalating situation. If I hear back from the district manager about my comment, then I'll remove this post. Until then, it's staying up here. My drive-through ticket number was 1387. Finally, to the lady customer with her kids... I feel bad about the way you were treated, even as you continued to show class, composure and respect.
