  If i coukd give 0 stars i would, the pay at kiosk wouldnt work, had to pay at the counter. (not an issue) it was waiting for over 10 minutes for atleast ONE of ANY of the many employees working in the back to be at the counter and the fact nobody was at the counter at ALL is beyond me. The nerve of even the who i assumed with the bright green vest leading the crew was the manager, looked at me waiting and ignored me. And better worse when i got the attention of one brown haired employees and startrd talking to her so should could charge my order, mid sentence while looking at me turned her head and walked away to ignore me??????? disrespect in that mcdonalds is crazy. yall need to do better.

  We eat inside, the girl that was the server was not friendly and we were surprised that the pancakes were barely warm, eggs and sausage was good, coffee was excellent

  Soggy fries, the cheese on the fake meat cheeseburgers was cold, and zero people at the counter for any type of customer service experience whatsoever. This "StoneyBrook" location is a joke and I'd suggest using the McDonalds on the corner of 441 & Donnelly.

  Every time I go thru the drive thru in the morning they mess up my order! This morning I asked for item 4 and sone how she gave me item 11 so not sure how you screw that up but she did and it was 2 Dollie’s more and they only gave me the item 2 with no refund….. the manager needs replaced!
