  My husband and I are very familiar with Einsteins - as we have supported this place for more than 5 yrs in other locations. We were so happy that there was going to be one here in Mount Dora, but unfortunately, we have been so disappointed every time. My husband ordered from the online app at 10:30am for 11:10am - we arrived at 11:10 and my husband walks out at 11:30 am. If you’re going offer an online service, that should be supported at the time stated. The company itself is great, but this location is lacking time management and efficiency.

  Second visit: In person, service, speed, and food are amazing. If you order in-app, your order will likely need to be cancelled due to how busy they are anyways. Seating isn't terrible, but it is small for the interest level right now. I'll keep my review at a 5 now to support the new business and update as I go more often. It is refreshing to have a nice bagel place closer to me. First visit: Tried to order on the app, over phone, and on the website and none of it worked. Person on the phone was very curt and didn't even seem to know the name of the place, not great customer service. Odd attempt.. We went to wawa instead. We were excited about it, but.. not a great first impression.

  Location is tiny, not ideal for dining in. Staff is still working out grand opening jitters but I believe grace should be offered here. Everyone was very friendly and quick to step in to fill needs without being asked to. That’s impressive these days. My bagel sandwich was delicious! Unfortunately, the left off a protein I added but things happen. It was made perfectly as it appears on menu. I did call to let them know and they handled it very quickly. I can appreciate the customer service. I hope to see this location do well and get treated with a little more patience and understanding while kinks get worked out.

  Excited to have a new Einstein Bros. Bagels in Mount Dora! This is honestly one of the nicest locations I’ve ever been in. The bagel case looked fresh today, the food line was orderly and tidy, and the hot coffee stations were ready to go for the early morning work rush. They had a free egg bagel promotion for the grand opening, which was a nice treat. They made my favorite Vanilla Cream Cold Brew to perfection when I’ve had mixed results at other locations. The staff was very friendly, and while you can tell there’s still a little training happening as they get settled in, a little patience will go a long way during the first few weeks of opening. That said, I was in and out in about 5 minutes on a Monday morning. Great first impression and a welcome addition to Mount Dora!

  We are really sorry many will not get the true Einstein experience because the food is good, but the restaurant is too small. We have been waiting for it to open. But, the line was super long and there is only enough seating for 8 people. And, the seating at the two high tops are arranged so that you are sitting with the people in line. We ended up leaving and going to another breakfast place and we saw three other people do the same thing while we were there. If it is setup for an “order and go” environment, there should be a drive thru. We hope another location with ample seating opens soon.
