  We stumbled upon Coco Cabana by accident, tucked away on a side street, and we were very glad we did. A generous complimentary bread and dips were brought to the table almost immediately, which was a very welcome start. The menu offered a comprehensive range of Cuban dishes. We shared a tamale with fried plantains as a starter, followed by paella and veggie rice for our mains. The paella was a medley of seafood and meats, and we were pleasantly surprised by how reasonably priced it was. Service was superb, the atmosphere very pleasant, and the food excellent with great value for money. If we lived closer, we would be regulars.

  When on a Wednesday, ordered a beer (warm) the take out ordered. I order a bistec sandwish, 3 tiny piece of meat, more likely gum, French fries greasy and cold. My Mom ordered garbanzo with white rice. Uneaten, not event good for feeding pork. Awful place to eat.!!

  We ordered 2 entrees of their Pernil which we have had before. It is usually very good, but it wasn't this time. The pork was very dry. It was almost as if they pulled some pork off of a roast that was over cooked and sitting around, threw it on a grill to get hot again and threw it in a to go container. Not moist, no rice was included and very few accompanying sides. I don't know what is happening with this restaurant. I'm hoping it was just a bad night. Really disappointing.

  We’re from Miami so we decided to stop in here for a Cuban coffee. It’s very different from the Cuban coffee in Miami. The place is beautiful inside very nice atmosphere and music. I’d like to come back for dinner sometime or at least try their Cuban sandwich.
