  Delicious food, our server was attentive, but annoying, and the restaurant was generally clean. Atmosphere could be better- not that it is bad per say, just felt a little chincy. Would definitely eat again.

  We usually go to Las Palmas but wanted to try Copacabana today. The waitress started nice, brought us water and bread. Then, she took a while to get our order. When we finally ordered our food, it took another while for the food to arrive and it was cold. I'm not a very picky person but the food was tasteless besides being cold. We noticed that the waitress never asked how we were doing or if the food was good or thanked us after we asked for the check. This was a one and done with Copacabana.

  The food was good can’t deny that but the service was horrible. On 3 different occasions people got up from their table to look for waitstaff member. Sorry to say that I won’t be returning to this place anytime soon which is too bad because the food is good.

  Friends and I went for 4th of July and the lights are pretty dim so as soon as I got my food I noticed the oily sauce that comes with tostones had something at the bottom but I didn’t realize what it was.. put my flashlight on and realized it was a cockroach. We flagged a waiter down and he came took the sauce away and then a while later our waiter came and gave us the bill for the drinks we had ordered. We never even got to speak with a manager. Just wanted to put it out there because nothing was done besides discreetly handling everything so no one else noticed.

  This place is disgusting. Bathrooms were a mess. Food is not worth it and mediocre service. Waitress are rude and don't seem to care about their jobs. Almost positive the girl who served us was high as a kite. Seems like the place is running out of business. Old, beat down and has a weird smell to it. The bar where we sat, we could look over and see the grime on the walls. We saw a roach on one of the liquor bottles. Absolutely not, not sure how they get past inspection. there are better restaurants in mt dora to spend your money at.
