  Food is decent! I'm staying at a hotel nearby and saw it was well reviewed, lunch portions aren't the biggest but everything was flavorful. If you are ordering around lunch, I would recommend calling your order instead of ordering on the website as the prices are more expensive online than what you pay in person.

  Excelente experiencia!! La comida es deliciosa, llena de sabor auténtico y muy bien presentada. Pero lo que realmente hace la diferencia es la atención. Susie fue increíble, muy amable, atenta y siempre pendiente de cada detalle. Definitivamente un lugar al que volvería sin pensarlo. ¡Súper recomendado!

  I went to Shawarmaz and honestly had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a while. The woman at the register had a terrible attitude from the moment we walked in — rude, visibly annoyed, and acting like customers were a burden. The shawarmas were also ridiculously overpriced for what they are. Very thin, barely any filling, and definitely not worth the price. We asked for extra hummus and instead of giving it on the side, they just put it inside the pita without even mentioning it. When we asked about it after getting the food, they answered in a rude way saying it was already inside the shawarma. We also asked if they could cut the shawarmas in half and the reaction was unbelievably rude again — attitude, dirty looks, and obvious annoyance over a very simple request. Almost $30 for two tiny shawarmas with no drinks, bad quality food, and awful service. Definitely not coming back.
