- HDharvard domino2 days ago2.0Their gluten-free pizza tastes like food technology from a decade ago. It tastes like a cross between uncooked whole grain muffin mix and wet cardboard. Skip it entirely — go to Domino’s where their crust mocks gluten and is a real taste alternative. I gave it two stars because I thought the sauce was tasty. The cheese was good and the pepperoni was plentiful. They just need to upgrade that crust.

We tried calling the driver multiple times, and he kept hanging up on us. No one made any effort to contact us or resolve the situation. My family ended up without dinner that night after waiting a long time. Neither the restaurant nor DoorDash took responsibility. No support, no communication, and no solution. This level of service is completely unacceptable. Very frustrating and disappointing experience. I will not order from Papa John’s again, and I will not use DoorDash anymore. No one takes responsibility.
