The worst McDonald's ever. My extra cheese on my fish was in the box but not on the bun. The fries were not hot at all. Even at the worst city McDonald's, I have hot and crisp fries. So disappointed. And it's hard to disappoint me, I have realistic and low expectations.

The service at the front desk was extremely disappointing — the girl assisting had very striking makeup, but her attitude and customer service were poor. I went during breakfast hours, there was barely anyone waiting for orders, yet the wait time was unreasonably long. To make matters worse, when I got back in my car to give my son his sandwich, I realized it had an extremely spicy sauce that I never ordered. I thought it might have been my mistake, so I switched sandwiches with him — but mine was also wrong and had the same spicy sauce, completely different from what I ordered at the kiosk. There’s nothing worse than paying for food you can’t even eat, especially when it’s meant for your child. Very disappointing experience overall — poor service, careless order preparation, and a lack of attention to customers. I definitely won’t be coming back.
