  I love coming to eat at Jimmy John's in Miramar and I come from West Hialeah. The staff is awesome and the size of the location is big.

  Came in to eat with my family. I ordered an 8” sandwich for my kids who wanted to share a Turkey Tom. I asked the cashier if I could have the sandwich split in half and have one half with no lettuce and tomato. He was ok with it. Once he passed the order to the girl with the nose ring, glasses and tattoo on her neck, she looked UPSET. I started acting confused and annoyed. I asked her if everything was ok. She then replied: “We’re not supposed to do that”. I was baffled by her comment. So you want me to force my kid to eat the extra ingredients just because…? At some point, she was making a new tuna mix and she would hit the machine soooo hard that it made loud noises. We told the guy about it but he was sorry and walked away. Honestly, he looked terrified of her too. When we requested a corporate email or contact of where we could send a complaint, he told us that he didn’t want to give out that number because “the guy” gets too many calls😱 Such nonsense. Some of us canceled our orders. This hostile energy is such a turn-off. Don’t away from you’re looking for good customer service. We usually love Jimmy John’s but I guess we have to stick to our usual locations.
