  By far, one of the worst experiences I have had. We ordered a sandwich on the app at 11:25am. We showed up at the shop at 11:30 and proceeded to wait until 11:55 until we finally decided to leave with no food. All we ordered was a plain sub. There was another gentleman who order 40 min ago on the app and still had not received his order as well. They were making other customers food before ours that had just came in the store, which they ordered after us and still received their food first. We also received no acknowledgment from the workers in the store. It seemed that there was no sense of urgency as two of the employees were just standing around doing nothing. What is the point of preordering a sandwich and the customers who ordered after you in the store receive their food first?

  I love coming to eat at Jimmy John's in Miramar and I come from West Hialeah. The staff is awesome and the size of the location is big.
