  I came in here furious and hungry because my online order was not going through but Sausia amazing attitude and service changed everything for the better!

  We wanted soup and after several attempts (not from this establishment), we got our soup. Even my little picky eater had some. My only negative is......I wish there were other sizes to choose from. I'll definitely go back.

  First-timer: The food was tasy and delicious (escoveitch fish, rice and peas). Shari was very friendly and took great care of us. Excellent food and customer service! Highly recommend!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Island Tings was absolutely amazing! The food was beyond delicious,full of flavor, fresh, and cooked to perfection. Every bite was a true taste of the islands! On top of that, the customer service was outstanding. The staff was so welcoming, friendly, and attentive, making the entire experience even better. You can really tell they care about their customers and take pride in what they do. If you’re looking for incredible Jamaican food and top-notch service, Island Tings is definitely the place to go. Highly recommend!

  I've never eaten here so my complaint is not about the food. I'm a delivery driver and I come to Island Tings at least about 3 to 4 times a week and everytime I come here the women behind the counter are extremely rude. Management of Island Tings needs to consider customer service trading or hiring new staff. One day I went in to pick up an order and the lady was behind the counter on her knees. I greeted her and she never responded, she never got off her knees to help me. I told her I was there for an order and she literally pointed to the delivery order and went back to doing whatever she was doing on her knees. I walked out and she never said a word. The next time I come to Island Tings I will wear my Meta glasses so people can actually see the behavior of the women.
