I understand that the Buy One, Get One promotion brought in a large number of customers, but the restaurant did not seem adequately prepared for the volume. I placed my order around 8:10 AM and did not receive my food until approximately 9:40 PM. At one point, there were more than 50 customers waiting for their burgers. The wait time was extremely long, and the situation became frustrating enough that one customer began yelling and screaming. I do want to acknowledge that the employees appeared to be working hard and doing the best they could under the circumstances. My concern is that the restaurant should have been better prepared with additional staffing and resources when running a major promotion. It would also be helpful to have a screen or some type of order-status system so customers can see where their order is in the queue and have enough information to decide whether they are willing to continue waiting. Promotions like this can bring in a lot of business, but the customer experience should still be considered. Unfortunately, the extremely long wait and lack of communication made this a very disappointing experience.
