  Every time Dunkin has a specialty drink it doesn’t last more than a month because then the flavor discontinuous. This is my 3rd time coming to this place to try to get the banana shake and espresso, which I know it just came out, but the lady says that they’re discontinue and their store would never sell that again as well as two other flavors marshmallow and caramel something. I don’t know what it was. She said, unfortunately they run out of it really quick since a lot of employees take them home And the owners don’t wanna buy them no more. This is kind of sad because they’re representing Dunkin’ Donuts so I don’t know what’s going to happen. I would not recommend this place at all.

  Why is this location closed at 7:40 PM when your website clearly says you close at 8:00 PM? This makes absolutely no sense and is very frustrating for customers who rely on the hours you publish. If you’re actually closing earlier, then update your hours instead of misleading people and wasting their time. This kind of inconsistency is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your business.

  Really bad customer service, I wish I could put 0 stars. The employees need to treat the customers with better care. There's this lady with a really bad attitude at the drive-thru. We ordered a dozen donuts and apparently we were missing one because they were "all out" even though it was an option online, didn't even bother to ask to replace it. Please get better staff, the food was also cold and the coffee didn't taste right.

  0-10 same women in the morning just don't know how to communicate with customer's at all besides that it's an ok location.
