- RJRose JohnsonJun 28, 20261.0I ordered 8-piece wings, and they tasted like they were cooked in the microwave. It was horrible!! I took one bite it ended up in the trash. I watched the folks making the pizzas, with no handwashing from the register to preparing the salads and pizzas. I brought to their attention and it did not sound like a big deal. They were so unprofessional eating and drinking while servicing the customers at the same. I was completely grossed out and will not be back. Get your act together.
- TPTene PalmerJun 27, 20261.0I placed an order with this Domino’s and it was marked as delivered at 10:24pm, but the driver did not actually arrive at my door until 11:30pm. That is a little over an hour after it was marked delivered. I tried calling the store, but no one answered the phone. Marking an order as delivered when it was not actually delivered is unacceptable and extremely misleading. Due to the excessive delay and lack of communication, I declined the delivery when the driver finally arrived and disputed the charge with my bank. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service and the way this order was handled.

Lily is awesome, a manager who excels at customer service. Some reviews I've seen have indicated an issue. Contact Lily, at the store, and discuss it with her. I assure you, no matter what it is, Lily will resolve it.

So I called back thinking it was a mistake and was told to make an order at another store without giving my address or anything. This was my first time ever ordering from them and it’ll be my last. Btw in order to make an order for delivery it can only be made online is what I was told very disappointed in my experience especially given it was my first time ever calling them.

Delivery is EXTREMELY SLOW. I live literally behind this store and they still take hourss to deliver even on a regular night. What honestly annoys me the most is the incorrect updates and lack of answering the phone. Attached are screenshots of just tonight where they supposedly left the store at 9:11pm and almost an hour later, still no delivery. The order was delivered officially at 10:05pm. Even tho they aren’t even a mile away. Customer service is the absolute worst if you try to call to get real updates.
