    Two visits in two weeks and Cucina Moderna never misses! We were first invited here for dinner by friends and completely fell in love with the place. We were so impressed that the very next weekend, we brought another set of friends along to experience it—and it was just as incredible the second time around. The highlight for me was the Med Seafood Pasta Bowl. It is packed with generous, high-quality ingredients—tender colossal shrimp, littleneck clams, calamari, and savory chorizo simmered in a rich white wine seafood broth over linguine. The depth of flavor is outstanding. Vibrant atmosphere, attentive service both nights, and top-tier consistency. When a restaurant earns back-to-back weekend dinners, you know it’s something special. Easily one of our go-to spots in Miramar!

    We absolutely loved our experience at Cucina Moderna. The food was exquisite, the atmosphere was beautiful I especially want to recognize Carlitos for his outstanding service. This is not the first time he has taken care of us, and every single time his attention stands out. He is incredibly attentive, polite, friendly, and always willing to help. He has a way of making you feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of without ever being intrusive. Great food is important, but exceptional service can completely elevate the experience, and Carlitos definitely does that. We will definitely be back!

    From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm and sophisticated, but what truly made the evening special was our server, Juan. He was outstanding attentive, friendly, and deeply knowledgeable about the menu. His menu recommendations were spot-on from start to finish, guiding us to some of the best dishes on the menu. The food was incredible, fresh, and beautifully presented. We will definitely be coming back soon. Five stars all around, and a special shoutout to Juan for making our first visit so memorable! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    Keara was absolutely AMAZING. From the second we sat down, her energy, personality, and attention to detail made the entire experience at El Cucina Moderna that much better. She was genuinely friendly, attentive without hovering, knew the menu, and made sure we never had to ask twice for anything. Great food is one thing, but when you have someone taking care of your table who actually enjoys what they do and makes you feel welcomed, it changes the whole experience. Keara definitely did that for us tonight. If you come here, ask for Keara. She’s a rockstar and absolutely deserves the recognition. We’ll definitely be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    I picked this restaurant for my husband and I to go to for my birthday based on the reviews and the pictures. This particular location is truly living up to its online reputation.. Juan was our wonderful server. He was extremely kind and attentive and made my birthday dinner a memorable event. The manager checked on us, with a smile and when we got ready to leave he held the door open and wished us a good evening. Customer service means everything to me, and we will definitely be back. Also, the food was good. You can get good food almost anywhere, but good food and excellent customer service is rare.
