- JJJEEAAS2 days ago5.0Had a great experience at Cucina Moderna in Miramar! The food and atmosphere were excellent, but what really stood out was the service. Miguel, the manager, was incredibly welcoming and made sure everything was taken care of. Javi, the bartender, was also amazing friendly, attentive, and made some great drinks. Both of them really made the experience special. Definitely a place I’d recommend and come back to! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
- AAAir2 days ago5.0There are many places to choose from in the Pembroke Pines and Miramar area but truly Cucina Moderna does not disappoint the ambience the food, the staff is why we come back every single week/ weekend. Miguel, the manager is always ready to serve, Stefanni and Carlos always make the best drinks, Evalina and Nathan are always on point with service. They are also excellent at catering. They catered at least three times for us for family events, and have never disappointed. We are true fans, thank you Cucina for making it enjoyable to go out for dinner.

Stefanni’s drink service and craft were spot-on—the lychee martinis and white sangria were absolutely to die for. Miguel, the manager, also checked in on us to make sure every detail was perfect. As for the food, the fresh bread, mozzarella sticks, and ravioli were phenomenal. Nathan, our server, did not miss a beat. It was the exact comfort and relaxation I needed after moving my daughter into UMiami!

While we were waiting, I noticed the manager seating other people who arrived after us. As a parent standing there with two children, it was frustrating and disrespectful to see other customers being given priority without any explanation. I understand that restaurants can be busy and that reservations or table sizes can affect seating, but good management means communicating with customers and treating everyone fairly. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. The way the situation was handled made my daughters and me feel unwelcome. I hope management takes this seriously and improves the way families and waiting customers are treated.
