  I’m a loyal Chipotle customer and regularly visit several locations throughout South Florida. I’ve unfortunately been to this location at 12581 Miramar Parkway more than a dozen times because it happens to be the closest one to my house. I understand this is Chipotle, not fine dining. I’m not expecting white tablecloths or a sommelier. I am, however, hoping for the occasional clean table, decent food, and an employee who doesn’t look personally offended that I walked through the door. I cannot remember having a good experience at this location. The restaurant is consistently dirty, the food is noticeably worse than at other Chipotle locations, and the portions are almost always ridiculously skimpy. You can practically watch them count the individual pieces of chicken before deciding you’ve had enough. Paying full price for half a bowl gets old pretty quickly. The staff is also always incredibly rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in helping. I’m polite every time, say please and thank you, and somehow still leave feeling like I inconvenienced everyone by ordering a burrito bowl. There’s never a “thank you,” “have a good day,” or even basic acknowledgment. Just an overwhelming atmosphere of misery and hostility. Every time I visit it feels like the employees want their shift, my visit, and possibly civilization itself to end as quickly as possible. After this many visits with essentially the exact same experience, it’s hard not to think this comes down to management and the culture at this particular location. Other Chipotles manage to provide perfectly normal service, reasonable portions, and decent food. This one somehow makes ordering food feel like a hostile negotiation where you also lose half your rice and chicken. One star, solely because zero stars isn’t an option.

  It’s always dirty in there. Food always dry and never fresh. The workers there are young and careless I truly feel like management needs to revamp this Chipotle.

  Firstly, I walked in and nobody even looked at me, let alone attended me for 5 minutes even though there was nobody else in the store ad they had 6-8 employees. Despite this I still went ahead and ordered, i asked for a chicken bowl and this is what i got, I asked her for a little more chicken and she literally gave me 1 more piece of chicken! Do you see this plate?!?!?! There is no chicken on it at all. I paid 11 dollars for this? Are you kidding? Customer service was horrible and the serving of chicken is just truly un acceptable. Do something about this chipotle or you WILL lose a customer…

  Worst place ever. They dont cook the rice good at times. kitchen looks dirty, they sprinkle a little chicken and stuff your bowl with rice and when you ask for a little more they get mad. shut this shit down. this doesnt taste good. go to pollo tropical instead.

  This is one of the worst Chipotles I’ve been to in all my life. Absolutely disgusting… And I’m talking about the employees not just the restaurant itself. The young ladies making your meal purposely short you on everything. Specifically the young ladies working shifts in the middle of the day (1-3pm, specifically weekdays for me). I’ve never been to a Chipotle where I constantly have to ask for something aa simple aa additional rice in my bowl in the past 3 times I’ve been there. I witnessed her make the smallest scoop I’ve ever seen for a protein, which then forced me to pay for double, and her second scoop was WAY fuller than the first. She knew EXACTLY what she was doing. Other reviewers agree! These idiots plate the food like it’s a kids meal. They act like they want to take the food home themselves. This location should’ve never been built if this was the service they were going to provide. They haven’t even been there that long and 2.5 stars? Do better. Customer service sucks, shut this sht down.
