- GAGeomaira AmaroJun 13, 20261.0Muy mala atención, se molestan si buscas comida te atienden con muy mala actitud , aún cuando te retiras del sitio de recogida para no presionarles y le enseñas en el teléfono que en la aplicación te aparece que tiene que ser recogida antes de una hora , les hablas con respeto parece que a ellos no les importa gritarle a uno en frente de todos los clientes , fue unos momentos incómodos no solo para mí sino para los clientes que estaban allí , me dijeron que esperara 5 minutos y me retiré a esperar entregaron las comidas a los que estaban esperando y mi comida está ya lista en un rincón …. Por qué me dijeron cuenta porque cuando ya no habia ninguna más orden que preparar para delivery o take out ellas ese pudieron a hablar y luego de eso cuando les provocó volvieron al sitio donde habían colocado la comida que yo tenía que recoger y me la entregaron ….porque si una comida está lista no te la entregan sino la esconden ??? Y porque cuando se les pregunta el motivo del porqué no te la dan aún estando lista a ellos les molesta y te empiezan a gritar y faltar el respeto aún cuando yo les dije que yo también era cliente de allí y me respondieron que no les importaban y hasta me gritaban que me fuera ya …. Es importante que chipotle vaya prestando atención !

As I review your overall performance, I see why my online order involved 20% less food in my dish. Even the guy that took my name for walkin pickup was dismissive and borderline disrespectful when I had to reinforce another vinaigrette. I highly doubt I will order online from this location.
