I’ve been to other chipotles and they always can ever wrap my burrito. Good they wrapped burritos good so good here and it just so good the food it just always hits like this is my favorite chipotle. It’s so good.

- JAJarod AustinJun 9, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at Chipotle recently that raised serious concerns about food safety and customer service. While my bowl was being prepared, I noticed an unknown item in the bowl and politely requested that a new bowl be made to ensure my food was safe to eat. Instead of addressing my concern professionally, the employee preparing my food dumped the rice from the bowl I believed was contaminated back into the main rice container. He then argued with me, insisting that he did not see anything in the bowl. Afterward, he angrily grabbed another bowl and began preparing a replacement using rice from the same batch that had just been returned to the serving container. I pointed out that the rice itself was what had been in the bowl where I observed the foreign object, making it inappropriate to use again. At that point, I no longer felt comfortable eating there. Rather than receiving understanding or reassurance regarding a legitimate food safety concern, I was met with resistance and unprofessional behavior. Because of the way the situation was handled, I chose to leave without ordering. I hope management reviews proper food handling procedures and customer service expectations to prevent similar experiences in the future.
