- LMLaura MenaAug 22, 20261.0Very disappointing. This was a delivery order, and the guacamole arrived extremely brown and oxidized. It looked old and was not appetizing at all. Chipotle charges extra for guacamole, so customers should receive something fresh and properly prepared, even on delivery orders. I ended up not eating it. Unfortunately, the quality at this location is very inconsistent—sometimes the food is good, and other times it is disappointing. Definitely not the quality I expect from Chipotle.

Huge shoutout to Alex!!! he was extremely patient, had a great attitude, and provided amazing service with a smile on his face the entire time, despite how busy and hectic the restaurant was. Give this man a raise!!! 👏🏼 He absolutely deserves it! We will definitely be back, and honestly, just because of Alex! ⭐️
