  walked in. nobody greeted me. nobody wanted it’s 10 30 pm and it’s empty. nobody wanted to take my order after 5 minutes standing at the register. so i had to do it manually. so it’s whatever at this point im no karen, im not disturbed. but it was at the point i ordered a dirty baja blast and they set my food on the counter with no comment. and then i told them i had a dirty baja blast. she hands me a cup, again no comment. i reiterate, sorry it’s supposed to have cream at the top it’s a dirty baja blast. she walks to the fountain and as u can see by the picture, she doesn’t add ice, nor the drink itself, nor the cold foam. she dumps like a tablespoon of milk into the bottom of my cup. honestly i’m humored by the lack of effort or care. still wasn’t spoke to once and ive had too long of a day to care enough. going without a drink for now lol.

  Incorrect hours and rude staff. Wouldn’t feed this stuff to my animals.

  Do not go here. The whole order was messed up. The Mexican pizza was thrown together with some parts having no cheese. The “medium” nacho fries look like small fries half full. They have the spicy chicken nuggets when we ordered the regular. Had to drive back and get the correct ones. The worst part of the whole thing is that the manager that is here this evening does not care one bit about any of this. No, I’m sorry. No nothing. Could not even say I’m sorry. The lack of customer service here is really the worst part of it. That is the last time we go there

  This 1-star review is not directed at the staff at this location, they consistently do a solid job getting out decent-quality food quickly and accurately. I’ve never had an issue with the employees themselves. My frustration is with the Managing Partner who is in charge of the pricing decisions. The Build-Your-Own Luxe Box was $5.99 up until mid-January, then bumped to $6.99. I didn’t love the increase, but it still felt like a solid value, so I kept coming back. But then, around mid-March, it jumped again to $9.99. That’s roughly a 40% increase in about 90 days, which is honestly hard to justify for the same combo. I used to spend around $200 a month here between grabbing lunch during work and occasionally feeding my family. Since that last price hike, I haven’t spent a single dollar at this location. It’s disappointing, because the staff does everything right, but the pricing decisions have completely driven me away. These days, the Subway next door is getting most of my lunch business instead.

  I went to the Miramar Beach Taco Bell at 1:00 AM after checking online and confirming they close at 2:00 AM, only to be treated with complete disrespect and turned away. I wasted my gas and money to get there for absolutely nothing. An employee, who claimed she was the “general manager,” told us that “the general manager said they were closed,” which made no sense. We had already paid nearly $30 for our food through the app, and she refused to give us our order, saying they “had no more food.” Meanwhile, we literally watched the staff bag up all the ingredients and start cleaning the restaurant an hour early while there was still a line of cars behind us. Being told that Taco Bell had “no food” while we could clearly see them packing everything away was beyond frustrating and unprofessional. Closing early, refusing prepaid orders, and speaking to customers this way is unacceptable. This experience was a complete waste of time, money, and gas, and it reflects very poorly on this location.
