He asked for two Italian night clubs but they said they only served sold originals after 6pm which was odd but it was fine. She was just rude and didn’t even bag our food she left it there for him to bag??? Would have been nice if she could be more professional and less annoyed.

From the moment we walked in, the employees acted annoyed that we were there, which made the entire experience uncomfortable. There were six of us waiting (for over 30 minutes) for our food, and one of the employees spent the entire time on FaceTime while we waited. Unfortunately, almost all of our sandwiches were made incorrectly as well. We were there to spend our money and get a quick sandwich, and it honestly felt like our business was an inconvenience.

They started making the order as we were thinking outloud. So we felt forced to get what they started making. They didn’t explain that a chicken sandwich with no bacon was charged the same price as a chicken bacon ranch sandwich. When we realized that I asked for the bacon then. We got cold bacon. So while there was no attitude.. it was just blah service. They didn’t ask us if we wanted anything additional on the sandwhich. So we had no idea was they put on there since they did not communicate with us and we didn’t order an exact # on the menu.
