  The two women that work during the day deserve a huge raise. There’s so many customers and orders and they just keep going. I wish they were more appreciated instead of customers being rude. They work hard and are always kind. Also there should be an option to tip for online orders via the app.

  Terrible service They’re putting people up at the register who doesn’t speak a lick of English so he couldn’t understand my order and the lady working there was pretty slow too. Their card machines never work. Just an awful awful experience I’ve never had at any other jimmy john location. This one should be shut down!!

  We waited 25 minutes and no one even greeted us. Never had a chance to order. One of the employees had long hair that was not tied back, no hair net, no visor or hat. Her hair was dangling over the food the whole time she was making sandwiches. So gross!!!!! Do not go to this location.

  will never give the company my money again, took 45 months minutes to make a cesar wrap. 20 minutes before i was there and had to wait another 20 minutes in the building being ignored with no apology for it taking so long.
