The amount of disrespect and unprofessionalism from this manager is absolutely disgusting to deal with. I can't believe Five Guys would hire someone that foul mouths customers in front of so many other customers. How did she even gain a manager position. I lost my appetite after dealing with that mess. Fire that woman she doesn't appreciate her job and she continued to run her mouth while I stood there. Send her to Mc Donalds thats where she belongs!

The service is 1-star; you're going to pay about 25 dollars for a burger, fries, and a drink, it's easily double what you'd pay at any other burger place, and you'd think that for double the money they could at least bring your order out to your table for you, but no, they just leave it on the counter top. Atmosphere is messy, white and red interior, boxes everywhere. 1-star. It's obviously a gimmick; it doesn't work for me. Overall, 2 stars, the food *is* good, but every other aspect from service, to price, value-for-money, and atmosphere kinda sucks, to be honest. Funny enough, the much fancier Grand Marlin has an amazing, better burger, that comes with fries, at a very upscale sit-down full-service restaurant, and it's 19 dollars. I can go here knowing I will leave satisfied - that's rare these days. The prices have also kept a steady rise with inflation, it did not jump up as drastically as everywhere else. I.E. three to four years ago, my wife and I could go to 5guys spend $27 on a bacon cheese and little bacon cheese and small fry. 2 years ago it was $31. And today it was $34. Three to four years ago at Chick Fil-A I could comfortably feed my family of 4 for under $25. Three days ago, it was $31 for my wife and I to get two meals. A 5guys burger tastes and fills you up like a $12-14 burger should. You walk away feeling full, not worrying about what it will cost next time.
